“The Crowne Plaza was probably good 20 years ago, now it is dated, hall ceilings are very low, staff was rude, and hotel shuttle ran 30 minutes late.”

“The price I paid was awesome for this hotel. The gym was great as were the rooms. The restaurant had the best prices I have ever seen in a hotel restaurant.”

“This hotel had a pretty great gym that has brand new equipment, a great pool and spa. Room service is quick, as well as a moderately priced hotel restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is also a hotel bar I did not use. The room was great, but did not have a refrigerator. The staff was extremely helpful and nice, and the shuttle to and from the airport is complimentary. Ideal with singles or couples.”

“Personally I was very impressed! With the accommodations and staff were very helpful and courteous. I was simply in love with my hotel room and didn't want to leave it once I arrived. I would definitely stay there again, and will recommend the hotel to my friends and family.”

“The staff was friendly but the beds are too small - no refrigerator in rooms - terrible for traveling with children and can't afford to even feed your family breakfast.”

“Not as nice as some 3-star hotels. It is good for people just wanting to sleep, park and catch and shuttle to the airport.”

“The hotel served all it's purposes for our overnight and was really easy to find. It was also great that they had a decent continental breakfast to get us off to a good start in the morning. We also loved how convenient it was for us to get to DIA. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other friends heading to the airport from our county!”

“Beds were very comfortable, furniture in good shape. I would like to have a recliner in my room instead of a straight back chair. The free, secured internet was also handy. Although my room was comfortable, the metal frame windows seemed to leak a lot of cold air. They might consider changing windows for energy savings purposes. They might want to check the commodes as they seem to use a lot of water/flush. The staff was very friendly and helpful - they were very good.”

“The lobby is very impressive and open with a great deal of comfortable seating. The ceiling is very high, and the architecture is different and appealing. The rooms were clean and relatively up to date but could have been from a number of 2 or 3 star hotel chains in the country. They had that 70's or 80's feeling despite some minor updating. After seeing the lobby I expected the rooms to be nicer. Also, I was in the back of the hotel near the freeway, and I could hear the constant hum of traffic through the closed window. It was not loud enough to keep me awake but not really conducive to a relaxing stay either. The hotel had a little bag with earplugs on the bed when I walked in so they are obviously aware of the issue as well. Parking was plentiful and close to the hotel.”

“Good location, free Internet, free movie channels. I was directed to park at the back of the hotel for convenience but then found all the doors locked with no room key access so I had to walk back around to the front. I had dinner in the restaurant, the food was fine but the service was slow with 3 wait staffs and 4 tables! I would have liked another drink and in the end I waited a long time and then had to go and ask for my bill.”

“Our first night was a little rough. No room number on the door, so we walked back and forth until I decided to listen at a door, tried the key and it worked. Our TV in the room didn't have a good picture. Asked front desk to take care of it. We left, came back 3 hours later and nothing had been done. I was given excuses and the run around. Finally, I asked to be moved. The next room was fine, until the next morning when I was wakened by a crack in the ceiling, in the shower, leaking from the room above! Finally asked the front desk for a food voucher for my inconvenience, which I was given. The restaurant in the hotel was not busy at 9:30 at night. Yet we waited 20 minutes for fried food and soup. Fried food was hot, soup and dip were cold. A turn off, again.”
