• Absolutely filthy room.

“Great location off 25, so convenient to have a kitchen in the room, but they desperately need a deep cleaning. The coffee pot was so filthy I had to take it to the front desk and exchange it.”

• Would not clean your room unless you pay $5.00 a day. Trash is not taking out.

“Charged extra for everything. $3.00 per minute for long distance phone call. $5.00 for internet service, $3.00 per day for room refresher. Nice room and clean and comfortable.”

• Clean and easy access from freeway.
• There was additional itemized pricing for all amenities.

“Generally very comfortable for a one week stay with a useful but appropriately small kitchen. A bit far from downtown Colorado Springs and this made the hotel less convenient than it might have been considering it was very accessible from the freeway. Also, the hotel charged itemized prices for each amenity (i.e., WiFi, room cleaning, coffee, etc.).”

• The kitchen was a great feature.
• The hallways were smelly.

“Having a kitchen was great. The bed wasn't that comfortable and the pillows were rock hard. It was right off the highway so there was easy access.”

• Right off the highway, easy to find.
• The non-smoking room stunk like a cheap cigar.

“Awful. I was asked if I wanted to pay $3 per day for a refresh service. Come to find out, this means the bed gets made and there are new soaps in the bathroom; things that should be done anyway. The room was so smelly, I just about gagged. I will never stay here again.”

• Location to where I was attending a conference and it was a GREAT value for the price.
• Other than at the front desk, it was difficult to find a staff person.

• Way too much to say to stay under 20 words!

“Had to pay extra to get room cleaned and still did not replace towels or sheets. Had to take out our own trash to a room down the hall. Did not provide a simple wake-up call service. Motel way overrated! Charged $10 extra a night for two beds. Will never stay at that motel chain again.”

• Convenient location.
• Rooms had small kitchens, smells combined in halls leaving a weird aroma.

“The hotel was convenient to the highway and local businesses. Unfortunately, my business kept me occupied very close to their set check out time. The staff was unwilling to be of any help by adjusting their checkout time. I was forced to conclude my business early and rush through packing and cleaning up only just making the checkout time by seconds. Not a good last impression by the staff.”

• The price.
• The hotel was not a clean place.

“I didn't have high expectation for an extended stay hotel, but I did expect it to be clean. My kids feet and socks where filthy anytime they walked on the carpet in the room. It was obvious no one had cleaned under the bed is some time. My kids founds all kinds of "treasure" under there including a pack of cigarettes and a lighter. It was a non-smoking room. I won't stay there again.”
