• Location, room size.
• Slow internet connection.

• The way the room was arranged.
• They did not clean our room for 3 days and when they did they did a poor job.

“The hotel was in a great location. Easy to get to on and off the highway. The room was nice, we were on the 1st floor and the exit door was not secure. We had to ask for towels 2x and they didn't clean our room for 3 days. When I brought this to their attention, they brought towels immediately however did not want to compensate us for the room not being clean. The hotel is located in a safe area. Pool was not clean either.”

• Loved the suite and its kitchen and living area.
• No restaurant. Expensive and mainly organic or health food sold in market room.

“We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door and found a "studio apartment" hotel room. The bathroom was rather small; the nice kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cooking utensils. Wish we had taken food to cook. There were wonderful smells in the hallways from people doing their own cooking. Food was available for purchase in the little customer market, unfortunately it was either organic or health food types.”

• Incredibly friendly staff, well-designed rooms, and
  great location.
• Dining packed on weekend, hot tub needs repair, near railroad tracks so avoid east facing rooms.

“This made for a delightful stay. The pool was a little cool, so the hot tub was often packed. The room layout was wonderful and enhanced everything. Large flat-screen TV was a plus. Bed was very comfortable. Meals were excellent during the week, but simpler and busier on the weekend.”

• Clean and comfortable a good buy.
• Location next to train tracks.

“This is a very nice place to stay. I stayed 3 nights and would stay again. The room was clean and pretty quiet. The pool was nice and the breakfast was good. The only downside to the entire place is the location. I is right next to the train tracks.”
