Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[9] • Location:[9]

  • Good space for a business traveler.
  • The walking room around the bed was very limited.

“We were only there to sleep so know nothing, really about the rest of the hotel.”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[10] • Location:[9]

  • The price & the kitchen facilities.
  • The dirty carpet, no hand rails on tub, recliner didn't work, no protean items on breakfast.

“We thought the staff was very friendly & the lobby area was neat.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[10] • Location:[9]

  • The price.
  • The room reeked of smoke and it was a non smoking room!

“I arrived around 11 p.m. and waited while the front desk checked in a very angry customer. Then it was my turn and I checked in fine. However, I was disappointed that I would have to pay for internet service as many hotels provide this service free of charge. In addition, the room and bathroom were very small in that there wasn't much room for two people to navigate around. Further more, the remote for the TV didn't work properly and the bed appeared to be just a double bed. Finally, from the minute I entered the floor and then into my room it reeked of smoke terribly that I had an issue with congestion. In fact, the room was clearly marked no-smoking. This was an extremely disappointing stay.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[9]

  • There was plenty of space with two full rooms (suite) with a full kitchen. It was located near a good diner.
  • The bathroom basin drained slowly and the stopper could not be lifted with the lever.

“The full kitchen was nice. We could have our own food when needed. Breakfast was only available Mon. to Fri. with bagels and fruit the only major options. It was located within walking distance to a diner that had excellent breakfasts and other meals. The location was some miles from our business destination.”

  • Great value, clean, friendly staff, very comfortable.
  • No DVD kiosks to use the supplied DVD player.

“This is a great value for the price. Clean, friendly staff a great place for people who don't want to spend ridiculous prices for a place to stay. It has a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave and 2 burner stove. A DVD player lets you watch your own DVD's or rent them. The beds are comfortable and each morning they have a continental breakfast downstairs. I was very happy with the time I spent there waiting for my house to be finished and would highly recommend it anyone who isn't stuck on labels.”

  • Having a kitchenette really saves money while traveling, friendly staff and clean.
  • They should have a DVD Kiosk in the lobby for patrons.

“This hotel is a great pet-friendly place to stay. They offer DVD players in the rooms, kitchenettes so you can save money on eating out, the staff is very friendly and if you have a request or problem with the room they are on it promptly. For the price you can't go wrong.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[8]

  • The hotel had everything convenient inside the hotel. You didn't have to leave for anything.
  • The parking was pretty pricey.

“This hotel was great. They had fast food, and restaurants inside the hotel. They also had shopping, medical, dental, and exercise facilities in the hotel. When we arrived they had a gift waiting for my child. He loved it. The pool was awesome, the entire hotel had a great view of Los Angeles. Everybody was extremely nice. We would definitely stay again.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • The kitchenette was great and very handy, the DVD player allowed us to watch our own movies.
  • The bed wasn't as comfortable as I'd hoped and the alarm clock blinked all the time.

“This hotel is a great place to stay for long or short visits. It was clean had a great kitchenette complete with everything you need to cook your own meals or just heat up leftovers. The separate DVD player allows you to rent or watch your own movies. The bed was quite comfortable; the room had a bathtub & shower. The staff was very friendly, the key cards worked great (something that other places I've stayed have a problem with). There was plenty of parking and the location was excellent and right near some excellent restaurants. This was an excellent choice for the price and I will definitely recommend it and stay there again next time I'm in Aurora.”

  • The price.
  • The sink did not get fixed and some of the staff was rude at some points.

“The location was nice to have some peace and quiet away from center of the city. The room was clean when we arrived but more attention could have been paid to the other amenities.”

  • Location.
  • Rude desk clerk, housekeeping woke us up too early.

“Desk clerk was rude on phone. Supposedly the hotel did not have extra pillow or blanket. Housekeeping knocked on door and hollered too early.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[6] • Location:[6]

  • Small room, but had every convenience I needed for the night.
  • Desk Clerk did not mention they had continental breakfast. We made coffee and ate a light breakfast in the room.

“Quiet and clean rooms, but small.”

  • Front Desk was co-operative.
  • They charged me extra for the internet and a double bedroom.

“I would like to stay in extended stay deluxe as they provided all kind of facilities but they provide it at a higher rate than 3* hotel. So, obviously I will prefer 3star hotel than extended stay.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[7] • Location:[5]

  • It was clean.
  • The room was very small and too much furniture put into one place.

“Although it was clean, convenient, and the staff was friendly, it was just too claustrophobic.”

  • Great location, full kitchen, private bedroom, good work space.
  • There was nothing we didn't like.

“This is a great hotel for the business traveler, with an excellent work space and internet access. It is also great for families as there is plenty of room and a separate bedroom for privacy. There were 2 TVs so parents and kids can watch what they want. I highly recommend this hotel.”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[2] • Location:[8]

  • The lobby looked nice.
  • Had to pound on door late at night, then leave and make phone call to get in; insect problem.

“Night clerk absent just before midnight, the outer lobby phone constantly gave busy a signal; after pounding on the door for a while I drove to a gas station and called the 800 number, and waited about 10 minutes until they could contact her; other irate guests were also waiting when I got back to the hotel; the key did not work for the first room she gave me so she gave me a different room; the next morning ants were swarming the two caramel candies on my nightstand; bug traps were in the kitchen and bathroom; the bed in room 138 was situated so that 14 other rooms looked directly down on it if the drapes were open. So glad I was only there for one miserable night!”

  • Price was ok.
  • Hard to find - clerk had no idea how to give directions over the phone.

“Very frustrating to try to find the address. After numerous phone calls to the front desk, we had to ask a local resident. Not very well marked or staffed, but the room wasn't bad once we got there.”

  • Great cable reception. Nice desk area. 24hr laundry.
  • Treadmill in fitness room was not working correctly.

“This is a convenient location to all point in Denver. Located near several restaurants and shopping centers. Hotel was quiet but yet family friendly. Contemporary style room, great cable reception, nice desk area, 24hour laundry room, friendly staff and fitness center made for a great extended stay.”
