• Kitchenette is nice to have.
• Only 1 bed.

• Nothing.
• Did not have soap/shampoo in room. No one in office.

“Do not stay at this hotel. The key to my room did not work and could only be let in by master key. The room did not have any soap or shampoo. No one at office to resolve problem and no answer to phone all day. I left hotel day early and went to a real hotel with real service.”

• Kitchenette was nice but not well stocked.
• Trash bin overflowing; bed was hard and uncomfortable, room was quite & small, no telephone.

“The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The young girl did not answer any of my questions or tried to find the answer. She repeatedly replied, I don't know. I finally just gave up. The outside trash bins were overflowing and unpleasant to say the least. The room was clean, I do appreciate that. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and there was only 1 chair snuggled between the bed and wall. I will probable not stay there again.”

“This needs some updates done to make the facility a better stay IE carpet and tile needs grout cleaned better and carpet needs cleaned better.”

• The price was right, location close to where I needed to be.
• Mt non-smoking room reeked of smoke, not the motel's fault, but rude guests.

“This was a good, low-cost place to stay. The rooms and environment were clean, the staff was friendly. After I checked in a call was made to my room to ask if it was satisfactory, and while it had some residual smoke from a rude previous guest, the room aired out. However, I did not check the message until late at night - after going out, but apparently the staff would have moved me if they had another room available. The room proved to be okay. Aurora can be a dicey place to stay, but the location of this motel seemed safe.”

• It had a kitchenette, it had a smoking room.
• The supplies/dishes etc I had to go get, no TV channel guide, I did not get my wake up call.

“The kitchen was suppose to be stocked, it was not. My wake up call did not happen.”

• Close to my Corporate Office & family.
• Nothing worked.

“Toilet seat was broken, 1 light bulb missing, 1 light bulb out, 1 light bulb blew out, 1 bowl for two people, remote didn't work at first, one pack of coffee for one week for two people, 2 coffee pots didn't work - ended up buying one for $5, toaster didn't work properly - no matter what setting, it burnt the toast, cleaned the room the day before we left instead of in the middle of the week, overall bad experience.”

• Poor snow removal of parking lot, sidewalks, and stairs.

“Had recent snow storm, and snowfall during stay, very poor job of removing snow from sidewalks, parking lot. Unable to adjust temp in room, too hot.”

• Location and the desk person at check out were helpful.
• Check in clerk not accommodating, phone didnt work, made no attempt to clear snow.

“The hotel was real empty on x-mas eve and they were not accommodating at all, nor no service, no phone, no answering when we used our cell phone. Wanted extra pillows and no one was there.”

“We weren't in the hotel except to sleep, staff could've been friendlier, and don't even know if they have maid service, but a great value for the $$.”

• The TV worked.
• Inadequate parking.

“I was put in a handicapped room, the shower was open on the entry side, and the curtain allowed water to spray all over the bathroom, so everything in it was wet. Since it was a handicapped room, the parking space in front was designated as handicapped, so I had to park quite a ways away, very inconvenient.”

• Inflexible staff/poor experience with an issue.

“The poor girl at the counter gave scripted answers to my concern about not the WI-FI being down. I needed to get work done, checked in after 8pm. Poor customer service. People need to stop being perfect and become remarkable! I asked for the owner or to reach him and was told he wouldn't be in for three days!”

• Convenient location for my needs.
• Room was dirty upon check-in and no other accommodations were available!

“Poor. Dirty room on check in, we had to change our sheets and clean the room prior to staying there since no other rooms were available, room was not cleaned on second day of stay and had to request cleaning on 3rd day. I was unable to stay in a smoking room and that was all that was offered to me after their non-smoking rooms were dirty or otherwise unavailable. Would not recommend this facility.”
