• The suite gave us a room for the kids (sofa bed), plenty of space, indoor pool, made to order breakfast, and the manager's reception.
• Absolutely nothing!

• The indoor atrium was nice and soothing.
• Could hear the people playing in the pool.

• Complimentary made to order breakfast. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff.
• Had wrong room type upon arrival.

“Once are room was corrected, the remainder of stay we had no complaints. Beds were very comfortable. Maid service was prompt and efficient.”

• Terrible noise control!

“Was awakened at 2 am and again at 6am from the room next door. They were very loud and vulgar I was actually afraid. The hotel was much further from the airport than I expected and the shuttle only ran on the hour. Very disappointing.”

• Orchestral design.
• Noisy, inconsiderate guests.

“There were a group of young people raising all kinds of noise during the late hours of the night. When we contacted the front desk they said that they would send security to investigate. There was a period thereafter when things quieted down but about an hour later (2:00 am) the noise recurred, affecting our sleep.”

• The complimentary breakfast was very good!
• Room furniture was a bit dated and not too comfortable.

“Convenient to the airport for those that need to catch an early flight but do not want to be too close to the airport and the noise.”

• They seemed more than willing to accommodate their guests in any way they could.
• They had an event going on in the motel and it was really hard to find a place to park.

“In all we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and we would stay there again. The rooms were extremely nice also. They really tried to accommodate us in anyway they could.”

• Older, not really an airport location.

“Nice hotel. The airport shuttle only runs once and hour, also easily confused with another
airport location. Embassy suites which actually is near the airport and also has an airport shuttle.”

• The front dust staff was responsive to several needs that arose during our stay. Value was outstanding for the price.
• Nothing.

“We have traveled extensively and this hotel met and surpassed the criteria we were hoping for. The rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was extremely responsive to several needs we had.”
