• The bed was very comfortable and plush. The shower was especially nice.
• The restaurants are very nice, but also very expensive.

“Whenever we go to Denver, we always hope to stay in this hotel. It's very nice and we leave feeling like we've been pampered just a bit.”

• Comfortable beds, nice staff, beautiful environment.
• Toilet height.

“Stayed over a Saturday night while taking a class. Way more amenities and comfort than I would have expected for the star level. The bed was very comfortable, with a warm comforter and numerous pillows. The only critique, and it is minor, is the toilet was about 2 inches too high. I'm 5'6 with long legs and it was noticeable. I imagine a shorter person might find more discomfort.”

• It is not Downtown.

“Stayed in this hotel for the 2008 Frozen Four. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They would shuttle you over to the light rail any time you needed. Having to pay for parking and internet access is wrong. Why not charge extra for hot shower water? My perception of Hyatt Regency is now set very high, compared to standard hotels.”

• Clean and comfortable and easy access to highways.
• The nightly cost of parking.

“Great hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable bedding. Many amenities are offered and staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is secure and covered but there is a daily rate of 10.00. Highly recommend.”

• It's a very nice hotel with a nice pool, lobby and lounge.
• I thought an automatic $18 was high to valet the car until I found out it cost $10 to park it myself.

“I stay at this hotel almost every time I go to Denver. It has a nice lobby, nice pool & workout area and nice bar. They have remodeled the rooms since last time I was there and they are now done in a nice contemporary style. Parking is a little pricey. Couldn't find any free parking. Otherwise, an excellent place to stay.”

• The room was very small for the price. And you had to pay for everything.

“I would not stay in this hotel again. We had to pay for parking. Upgrade to a bigger room that was not bigger. Paid a big ticket price but didn't receive any amenities.”

• This hotel was very clean and updated.
• The swimming pool was freezing!

“Overall it was a great place to stay. The beds were soft, the rooms were clean, and the staff was very nice. We didn't like the fact that we had to pay for parking, and it would have been great if the pool was a little warmer.”
