• They went out of their way to provide us with the accessories we were expecting and were not normally provided.
• I left two pairs of shoes in the closet and they disappeared.

“I appreciated all of the extra effort in locating a fridge and microwave for us (these were listed as being available on the site when I booked, but were not in the room). But their extra help was not carried out when two pair of shoes were over looked and left behind. Employees should be honest and I expect that when I stay at a hotel. They are in our room each day.”

• Cheap and easy to get to.
• It wasn't fancy, but who cares.

“It was a decent little place. However, it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location great. What else do you want? It wasn't a B&B or romantic getaway. But it wasn't supposed to be.”

• Wireless internet in room. Waffle breakfast included. Spacious room. Comfortable bed.
• Dark bathroom. Only one elevator and it was extremely slow.

“This was a very basic no frills room in a not so nice neighborhood. There was a nice mall nearby, however, and good access to Interstate. We liked the convenience of breakfast each morning downstairs. It was quite crowded, though, and hard to get to the waffle makers (it was do-it-yourself style). Having internet in the room was a plus.”

• I liked the cleanliness and friendly atmosphere.
• A couple parts (like the elevator) were older and a little slow.

“My sister and I just needed an inexpensive place to stay in Denver for one night. The Comfort Inn exceeded our expectations! The staff was helpful (providing toothbrushes, etc). The room was very comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast and free WiFi was appreciated. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Denver.”

• Convenient location to the university my child will be attending, reasonable rates.
• The breakfast choices were not great.

• Clean and convenient.
• Customer service was terrible.

“Has gone downhill since our first stay. Staff was indifferent to requests for extra pillows and I was told none were available both nights, even though the parking lot was half empty and there were obviously empty rooms where pillows could have been borrowed. Won't stay there again.”

• The morning breakfast was nice since there were no restaurants in walking distance.
• There was nothing within walking distance. No stores, restaurants, etc.

“The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was in nice condition and the rooms were clean. We took a shuttle from the airport, and had no car, so we were at the mercy of cabs. It would have been nice to know there was nothing within walking distance of the hotel (restaurants/stores, etc) upon booking.”

• The room was very nice and clean, also the staff was very helpful.
• The only elevator was very noisy the ride was not smooth.

“Overall I was very happy with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was really good. The hotel is right by the Interstate which made getting around a lot easier, and although it was close to the Interstate it was very quiet.”

• That the room was pretty clean.
• People were very unfriendly. Waited at the front desk for over 30 minutes before anyone even came out to check us in.

• Hotel was not Downtown as advertised.

“Too far from Downtown (though it was listed as being Downtown). In an industrial wasteland, but close to I-70 if you just need a place to stay on the road.”

• Carpet in room was not very clean.

• Was very efficient and practical for the price.
• Staff didn't really check up on me often.

“The hotel was in a great location close to downtown Denver. The price was great and the overall stay was sufficient. I had no problems it was very quiet and the staff was friendly. My only concern was the fact that now one seemed to check up on me to see how things were going but it wasn't a deal breaker for me because I didn't really want to be disturbed anyway.”

• It was worth the price we paid. Would have selected another hotel had the price been higher.
• We not able to help with directions.

“For the price we paid it was worth it. If we would have had to pay $70 or more we would probably pick another place. It was clean and worth the money we paid.”

• It was very convenient to get there.
• I had a dog and they threw a fit about it. I called ahead of arriving and let them know and they said that was just fine.

“The hotel was fine. I made sure before I made a reservation that it was okay if I brought my 6 pound dog and they said that was just fine. When we got there it was a very much different reaction to our dog. I was very disappointed in that.”
