  • Most of the staff was personable. Overall, the hotel was clean.
  • Bathroom faucets were worn and in poor condition.

“Hotel is in generally good condition. The restaurant is not operating and the continental breakfast is limited in its selections - it should have been free for what it offered. The rooms are clean but, the bathroom faucet was worn and leaked when used.”

  • Low price, and comfortable room.
  • Neighborhood was industrial.

  • It was better than I expected and the staff was really friendly.
  • The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke.

“The staff was very accommodating, changing my friends room to be closer to mine. The rooms were spacious and very clean. It was better than I expected for a one star hotel.”

  • Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean.
  • Thin, uncomfortable mattress, bottom sheets were not fitted so don't stay on.

“This is a very ice hotel except for the uncomfortable mattresses and the sheets that don't stay on the bottom mattress. The staff is excellent and the place is clean and well maintained.”

  • Marisa helped me find transportation to and from the hospital.
  • The first person at the desk was very unfriendly and unhelpful.

“When I called they told me they had a shuttle service to the hospital. When I checked in I was informed that they didn't. Marissa was very nice and helped me find someone who could provide affordable transportation. The rooms were ok. I found out that 50% of the customers are long renters so I guess they don't care as much about impressing them. The elevator had tiles missing. It was nice that they had an exercise room.”

  • Staff was very helpful; good noise insulation to outside.
  • Not at all accessible by public transportation or on foot; no convenience store nearby.

“No-smoking rules were not always observed- entire hallways smelled like smoke. You have to have your own car or rely on shuttles and taxis to get there. There is nothing you get to on foot, not even a convenience store.”

  • Very friendly and helpful staff, kitchen, internet access in room.
  • TV did not go properly, noisy neighbors.

“Overall I was pleasantly surprised. The price was good and it was a pleasant surprise to have a kitchen in the room as I like to make my own meals. You need to have a good map to find the place as the intersections can be a little confusing when you are tired and it is dark.”

“We noticed upon arrival that there were several areas in hallways that needed vacuuming. Also, the next morning at breakfast, the restaurant area had very messy carpets. There was a strange, musty odor in our room that we never figured out the source.”

  • The hotel has not been kept up and our non-smoking room smelled like smoke.

“This is a very inexpensive hotel, and to some extent, you get what you pay for. My non-smoking room smelled of smoke, which seemed to be coming through the ventilation or something, and they had no free rooms to put me in. This seemed to be because this is more a hotel where people live for a time than one for short-term travelers. There did not seem to be enough staff to keep up with the ongoing trashing of the hotel, so the future doesn't look bright at this point. This is unfortunate, because the staff was nice and dedicated, and the location is very convenient. I appreciated the wireless internet access, although it seemed to come and go, but overall was workable.”

  • It was about half way between the airport and the Denver Convention Center.
  • Out of 7 days we had washcloths only 2 days.

“It took 2 days of me going to the desk every time I went through the lobby complaining to get it replaced. Of the four elevators only 2 worked. Their breakfast was little more than a continential breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The name of the motel is not the same as your listing luckily I had called and got directons from them. The location is near several shopping areas.”

  • Wi-Fi, big fridge, coin laundry.
  • Smell, broken TV, no phone instructions, no local area guide, terrible breakfast, exterior filthy.

“If you want a cheap place to just sleep and bath, this works, but don't expect more. I think some people lived there. It smells, not all elevators work, the TV was broken, and no breakfast service would've been better than what was attempted. People were friendly, though, and there was coin laundry and Wi-Fi with low quality of service, i.e. don't expect to do much graphical work reliably over the web with VNC. The exterior is pretty filthy and not much to look other than the highway or warehouses. Remember to always flush twice.”

  • I liked when I left.
  • They were overbooked; the night clerk was rude, threatening and hostile.

“The night clerk did not know the availability of rooms. There was a foul smell in the building. My reservation for 2 King Suites was not honored. Our party of 4 spent the night in one room with a King bed, 2 slept on the floor. I don't think I'll be recommending this facility.”

  • Location.
  • Hotel dilapidated, no water 7 hrs, shabby, badly staffed, absolutely awful.

“Thirty minutes after checking in with our floor missing from the elevator buttons, we had no water, and when reporting this was told that the hotel was in fact closed even though we had just been checked in. Worst hotel out of 27 countries and hundreds of hotels I have stayed in. The hotel management is certainly not thinking at all.”

  • Nothing.
  • Poor cleanliness, elevator broken, standing water in tub.

“This hotel has really gone down hill. I stayed here about two and a half years ago and it was a nice clean room with friendly staff. Now the motel is run down and it was in very poor condition. It took over 45 min to check in and then we had to switch rooms at 9 pm because we found standing water in our bathtub.”

  • Nothing, the hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in.
  • The service was horrible, would not even get us toilet paper.

“This hotel was the worst place I have ever been. They did not have our reservations, did not clean our room, and would not give us toilet paper. It took them two days to give us toilet paper. Front desk ladies would not help us with anything and did not know what they were doing.”
