• Nothing.
• Everything, didn't even stay after seeing how the room was.

“The bathroom was outdated and dirty looking. I didn't stay one night after checking in and seeing what I was provided and was disgusted.”

• Could have a better bed.

• The staff tried to help.
• The rooms were completely filthy.

“From the time I arrived at the hotel it was a nightmare. I had to switch rooms three times in the first night. First room was never cleaned, second room was full of flying ants, third room had drunk teenagers in front of my window that were cursing and had obnoxious. .”

• It was the most unclean hotel Ive ever slept in.
• The cleanliness was no where to be found. The sheets had not been changed!

“In short, this was the most unclean hotel Ive ever stayed in (28 years worth of travel). The AC did not work-not even the fan. The bathtub was dirty along with the sink. The sheets had not been changed and had stains on them. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• The night staff was extremely resourceful under stressful situation.
• Ground floor room request for late arrival was given away.

“Phoned hotel at 2 pm to request ground floor (we have handicap plates) which was available at that time. When we arrived at 11:15 p.m., only had 2nd floor room available. Night staff very resourceful and 45 minutes later we were in their model room on ground floor.”

• Manager had a nasty attitude, very rude for no reason.

“Microwave broke, asked to have it fixed 3 times, was there for 7 days and it never got fixed or replaced.”

• Dirty with not emptied trash, dirty floors, etc

“This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in any price range. I left after one night even though I reserved more nights. I'd rather lose money than stay here. The floors were not vacuumed, the garbage from the previous occupant was still there (with rotting food), there were no plates, utensils, etc. The A/C didn't work as the knobs were missing. You either plugged it in to have A/C or unplugged it to not have it. I paid $5 a day for wireless and had to call the front desk each time I wanted to use it. The tub was dirty. No remote for the TV. I could go on and on. Do not stay here if you value cleanliness or customer service. This place was a pit.”

• The toilet was broken none of the drains work.

“Crap! Total Crap! the staff was to busy talking to her father on the phone than to help me out. I tried to get directions on the phone she couldn't help.”

• It was very close to the highway and had a Kitchen.
• The parking spots are very small.

“Overall I liked this Hotel. I never had a problem with the staff and the room was very nice for what I paid. My room was fully stocked with kitchen utensils and clean. It's not the Residence Inn or an upscale place, but for the price it can't be beat. I would definitely stay here again or recommend it to someone.”

• They didnt clean the room everyday, It was surprisingly nice.
• It was really close to a bus station. Could provide easy access for fellows.

• Rooms had not been cleaned had to get a different room.

“I have stayed at this hotel before. The price is cheap but there are no extras. We arrived late and had a hard time waking the night clerk. When he did get us a room the room looked like there was a three day drinking party. He did move us but it was to a handicap room which was a very strange experience. (Note: when we first stayed here we also got the handicap room).”

• Front desk person 9/16/06 was very friendly.
• No AC or cold water, basic things neglected.

“This is more of a motel than hotel. During a brief period at the front desk, no fewer than 8 people came in with various complaints from no towels to no air conditioning. Rooms seemed to lack basic repairs. It is in a decent location and inexpensive.”

• Excellent value for the money.
• Had to pay $10 extra per day for an upgrade to 2 double beds.

“Right next to the Denver tech area. fast food areas across the street. There is no traffic. right next to i-25 for convenient access but no problem with noise. the light rail is being built right next to it with the substation belle view so this will soon become an excellent spot for going downtown via the light rail.”

“The hotel room I received was only partially cleaned. I found trash under the bedspread and there was no soap or shampoo in the room. The lid was off the toilet and it would not flush without reaching into the tank to pull the chain. unacceptable considering it was that way when I checked in.”

• It was on the bus line I needed.
• It took 3 rooms before we found a clean one.

“It is a little overly laid back. The first room had wax on the TV, and the bathroom light was not working. The second room had a broken air conditioner and no telephone service. The third room had no alarm clock. The hotel records were in an unsafe open to the public to walk into room. Scary. Would not recommend.”
