• The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the rooms were quiet, and the staff were very friendly.
• Could use better parking (more parking space) at the front of the building.

“I would recommend this hotel. Reasonably priced, quiet, great location, and friendly staff.”

• Good location, bathroom remodeled nice.
• Beds, pillows, bedding were just ok. Stains on the carpet in the room.

“Good location, older hotel with some renovations evident. Nice bathroom remodeling. Beds and bedding could use some updating. Noticeable stains on the carpet in the room. Heating and air system in the room was not working properly; too hot even when system totally turned off. Pool area in need of renovations. Kids eat free in the restaurant was a nice plus.”

• This hotel was clean and well decorated with comfortable bedding.
• The rooms did not have a mini fridge or microwave as listed in the amenities.

“The hotel was in a good location, near the highways and shopping; however, there were not many non-chain restaurants or boutiques nearby. The room was small, with no area to sit and do work or play a game. The small desk had a large rolling chair that pushed against the bed when I was sitting in it, blocking the path to the door/bathroom. There was not a free Continental breakfast.”

• Good location.
• Wireless internet would not work on my laptop!

“This Holiday Inn Select in Cherry Hill is in a convenient location, with friendly people in the bar. I was frustrated that the wireless internet wouldn't work in my room. If I had been there on business it would have been a bigger problem.”

• The convenience to Downtown Denver.
• The hallway carpeting was dirty or spotty and room drapes needed cleaning.

“Like the hotel but a few minor improvements would really enhance the place. Ways to improve and upgrade hotel: Clean hallway carpeting or replace it. Room carpeting replaced and drapery cleaned. These minor improvements will make this a much nicer hotel.”

• Leftover room service in hallway (long periods).

• Clean, friendly, good parking, good service.
• Pool area is enclosed so it is hot. It is across from a strip club.

“The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It took a while to understand how to use the elevator with the room key. We ran into other patrons who had the same experience. However, the staff did explain it to me when I checked it. I just didn't really understand.”

• Very poor lighting in the room making work difficult. No refrigerator.

• Hotel staff, two beds in my room, internet was not high speed.

“Gyms was awful and smelled like a smoke filled bar, internet was slow and did not work all the time, I had two beds in my room, the beds were awful and I actually thought about sleeping on the floor, the hotel staff was not helpful and there was always a line to speak with someone.”

• Horrible! Overflowing toilet, broken AC, loud noise, just bad!

“This was, hands down, the worst hotel experience that my husband and I have ever had. First of all, I have no idea how this hotel has 3 stars. The first room we had we smaller than my closet and the shower was so tiny that my husband couldn't even wash his entire body. We had to change rooms because our toilet had a leak and watered down the entire bathroom. So we moved rooms, only in this one the AC barely worked. For a hotel it is 3 stars, this is unacceptable. Further, my husband was barged in on while he was using the restroom twice! The hotel personnel then proceeded to try to speak to him through the bathroom door while he was using it. Rude! A complete and total lack of respect for privacy. Again, this was the worst experience we have ever had.”

• Hotel room had a weird poster board in it.

• Free drinks gift package fridge in room.
• The gateway where smoke whiffs from courtyard to pool. Why must kids in the pool small white trash smoke?

“It was ok. Not a 3 star. Should be 2.5 star at the most. Not sure why the courtyard down the road is 2.5.”

• I liked the location the best. It is located with plenty of restaurants to choose from.
• I felt like the hotel was clean, but desperately need of some remodeling in the bathroom. A little worn down.
