• Close for my physician visit.

“Very nice, clean and comfortable. Easy to get to and close to shopping, restaurants, etc. I will definatley stay here again.”

• Clean and modern.
• Not a great breakfast.

“Nice stay. The room was clean and up to date, check in and out was a breeze. Good water pressure, comfy enough beds. The only complaint was that the breakfast had very few choices, and really nothing hot to offer other than toast and intant oatmeal.”

• The cockroach in the bathroom.

• Staff super friendly, helpful, and pleasant.
• Can't This is my new hotel for Denver!

“Room had everything needed. Staff was very kind helped us answer questions on using the Tram. That saved us almost $40.00 in parking fees at Pepsi Center. I slept better in their bed than I do my own! Super pleased and Happy. We will be back. Thank-you for making my weekend with my family enjoyable.”

• Short distance to public transportation.
• Outside downspouts were very noisy when draining.

“Overall stay was very enjoyable. Access to public transportation was very convenient. Individual's working the check in counter were outstanding and very helpful. On the weekend the breakfast they served went very fast and food was not replenished. During our stay it rained and snowed. The downspouts outside used to drain the water were very loud and it was difficult to sleep.”

• Next to Dave And Busters.
• Too much traffic.

• The hotel room was cleaner than I expected - pleasantly surprised.
• My non-smoking room had been smoked in lot I think.

“This hotel met our basic needs which is all we asked for. the breakfast was continental, but overall was fine. the location was excellent for our purposes - the eye center right across the street. the room was pretty clean, but our non-smoking room had definitely been smoked in (my biggest complaint). if you don't want to spend lot of money, but yet have a clean decent stay, this motel should do it for you. downtown Denver is just 10 minutes or so away.”

• The location was good.
• The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows flat!

“While the location is excellent there were no amentias. The beds need to be replaced and the heating system was antique. Plus when it snowed they did not plow the parking lot.”

• Close to the interstate.
• No exercise room and the entrance to the rooms to get to the top floor.

“Staff was friendly and informative but the side entrance to the second floor is not in good location. Rooms were very clean and good set up but plain, nothing that stands out.”

• Roomy, clean, close to where we needed to be.

“Everything was very good. We would have liked to have had a king size bed, however. I liked the spacey bathrooms and the table with chair where you could also see the television.”

• The room was quite clean and comfortable and the desk staff exceptionally friendly.
• There was nothing I did not like.

“This was the perfect hotel for me for this trip. The room was quiet and comfortable and exceptionally clean. The location was perfect for my needs. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. I was quite pleased.”
