  • Very reasonable, free parking, convenient location.
  • I was asked to buy perfume by someone in the lobby (not a staff member).

“The hotel was very conveniently located to downtown Denver, restaurants, bars, and other attractions. They offered a free shuttle service to various locations in Denver. The price was very reasonable compared to nearby hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.”

  • Horrible all the way around!

“They gave us the wrong room & was over booked, we were to get the right room the next night but the completely booked again.”

  • Comfortable bed, reasonably quiet.
  • Hallways that smelt like smoke, shabby public spaces, small bathroom.

“This would be okay if you couldn't find anything else as it's reasonably quiet, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, the public spaces look shabby and the hallways smell like smoke, even on the non-smoking floor. Bathroom was small and awkward and had peeling wallpaper. Location is okay, about a 25 minute walk from downtown; the world's biggest Laundromat is right next door.”

  • Surprisingly nice.
  • Restaurant closed, only one desk clerk.

“Pleasantly surprised.”

  • Great hotel bar.
  • Bad toilets. Really noisy. Not guests, just loud hotel noises.

“The staff were friendly and helpful, but I wouldn't stay here again. The neighborhood didn't seem so great (and that's coming from a New Yorker) and it was far away from the "action". Also, the toilets didn't really flush, and the entire place is loud as heck. All of their machinery buzzed, whirred, hummed, and generally just kept us awake.”

  • Cheap, decent space, good shuttle service and friendly staff.
  • A little far from good restaurants.

“Affordable. Very friendly staff, shuttle service and spacious rooms compensated for the paint-smelling hallways. Recommended for those who want a decent place to sleep.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[5] • Location:[7]

  • Clean beds and bathroom.
  • Smelled smoky in the corridors and lobby.

“Decent, fun hip up and coming location near the capitol. Hotel itself is a little dingy and run down, but the rooms have been re-done nicely and the beds and furnishings are pleasant.”

  • Our room had a nice little patio close to the pool.
  • The shuttle service was horrible.

“The hotel was comfortable and clean. Poolside could use some attention. The shuttle van driver was very inattentive and didn't bother to notice we had luggage so we put it in ourselves. At our drop off location he proceeded to drive away and didn't even notice my husband removing the bags, fortunately no injury was caused.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[9] • Location:[6]

  • The service at the front desk was the best thing about the place.
  • The halls smelled of someone smoking weed. It smelled like skunk. The dumpster was overflowing swell.

“I would never stay their again. (I would never go to Denver again) just because the neighborhood it is located in. The front desk service was surprisingly good. The beds, bedding and windows are the only things that has been updated in probably 30 years. It's a step above two stars but the price is a little high. You can stay in park city at a 4 star hotel for less.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[10] • Location:[8]

  • The window looked right out to the pool area.
  • There were some plumbing issues. The toilet didn't like to flush and the cold water constantly dripped.

“This was a comfortable hotel room. It smelled kind of funny and the plumbing wasn't great, but the beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. None of the ice machines on any of the floors worked.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[8] • Location:[8]

  • The close location to the downtown area was great.
  • It had a funny smell in the hallways.

“Overall the hotel accommodations were reasonable and nothing was unsatisfying. It was generally an average hotel but great to stay at in the Denver Downtown area for a reasonable price.”
