• The pool and Jacuzzi where nice.
• The breakfast could have been replenished without having to ask.

“Nice hotel but could have been cheaper. I don't think the service equaled the cost for value. Close to expressways. A better hotel for the business traveler. Walls were a little thin. Could hear the energetic couple next door thru the wall.”

• Clean and use of a business center.
• Staff. Particularly front desk, unwelcoming to guest.

“Hotel was easy to find right off I-25 and very clean. The hotel is much smaller then its appearance and you can hear all noises from other guest and most important the staff made you feel very unwelcome which in my opinion is their number one job to welcome you.”

• Persons smoking in non-smoking rooms.

“Hotel cut corners on their lighting in the bathrooms. Recessed lighting not installed nor was the bathroom vent on a separate switch. It was apparent that is was designed for two separate lights, but not installed that way. Otherwise the rooms were quite comfortable.”
