• Easily accessible.
• Pool was out of order.

“I am not satisfied with the customer service that I received at this hotel, when I checked in, the clerk notified me that the owner didn't have time to program a room key, so they would have to let me in with a master key each time, and for this inconvenience the clerk said he was going to give me a discount on the room. I was charged for the room twice! I am trying to get this resolved, I am very unhappy with this matter. The only reason I booked at this particular hotel was because it had an indoor pool and the pool was out of order for my stay!”

• Wonderful beds and pillows--clean and quiet.
• Breakfast could have healthier choices.

“We were so surprised at how quiet and great this little hotel was. It was very close to a big highway and we did not hear the noise. The desk help was very friendly on check-in and checkout. The beds and pillows just the best. So we looked for a Comfort Inn for the next night too.”

• Convenient location near Interstate.
• No elevator.

“Overall, the hotel was sufficient for my needs. A 1 night stay. Basically just somewhere to sleep. However, there was no elevator in the hotel which was frustrating with young children & luggage to carry up the stairs. ”
