• Air conditioner never worked! 2 day stay was a nightmare.

“The room was very uncomfortable A/C never worked in 95+ degree weather. The room was very, very small, there was no actual bath tub.”

• They were helpful & accommodating, upgrading my room once I got there!
• The location of the stair & elevator were hard to get to & find.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There was hair in the bathroom. It was dirty. The toilet overflowed. Considered just driving the rest of the way home.”

• The room was adequate for the price level.
• The common facilities and feeling of safety were less than I would expect for a star rated hotel.

“This hotel is frequented by very budget conscious travelers. The common areas, especially stairwells, are neither well kept nor appealing and this contributes to a feeling that the common areas are not as safe as they could be. The rooms are quite adequate, but the appearance and utility of the common areas left much to be desired.”

• Being able to cook.
• Elevator not working, air-conditioner not working as well as should, old ones lying in hall.

“I would stay here again, elevator has worked in pass. (Took four days to fix) air-conditioner did not work as will as should. (Old air-conditioner in hall had been there over a year).”

• It had a bed.
• It was not very clean or attractive.

“This hotel was rated a 1-star economy, but it really should be a half-star or less. I've stayed in dive hotels that were cleaner and better maintained than this one. There were absolutely no amenities and the A/C didn't even cool the room. Terrible.”

• Near to trade show and highway; easy to find, and friendly staff.
• Room had stale smell; gap at door bottom.

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed 3 nights as it was near to our trade show and had kitchen. Bath and kitchen counter, appliances and fixtures were clean; however, carpet is worn and stained; the room had a stale smell to it. The bed clunked as if base was damaged. We had to place a towel at the door bottom to close the gap. The A.C. worked marvelously in very hot weather.”

• I did not like anything and am very disappointed!
• Way too small, some of us had to sleep on the floor.

“I will never stay here again. We got 2 extremely small rooms with 1 bed in each; some of us had to sleep on the floor. Upon check in, the toilet had been used and there were feces still in the bowl.”

“I wanted 2 room with 2 beds each and they booked me for 2 room with 1 bed each and made me pay for an upgrade. ”

• Staff was willing to redesign ate to non-smoking room.
• Cockroaches in light fixture, Extra charge for maid, Stench, Bad Neighborhood, Confrontational Neighbors.

“The room was small, unclean, and smelled very bad. A cockroach was running around in the light fixture. The same print artwork hung over both beds. For some reason, they had booked me in a smoking single bed, instead of non-smoking set of beds. The staff did accommodate the change.”
