• Friendly front desk service.
• Unresponsive front desk help, place falling down, beds dangerous.

“Do not waste your time, money or health staying here. Carpets were cruddy, bathroom falling apart, beds dangerous for bed frame protruding from under mattress. No clock or remote controls that work. Satellite TV barely functioned. Hotel staff was polite, but incompetent and non-responsive to customers need. Would have left on site of rooms (checked 2 and took least offensive).”

“We never stayed one night in this motel it was dirty, smelly holes in walls, broken door in bathroom pipes sticking out and stains in carpets also too small no refrigerator. No microwaves and the pool was nasty. we had to go find somewhere else to stay.”

• The continental breakfast was good.
• The hotel was very run down.

“This hotel was not well maintained. Our bathroom had a huge hole in the bath tub. Our bathroom doorknob was about to fall off. The lights were not functioning properly, and the television only picked up half of the channels listed by the hotel directory. There was also no mention of the rooms having outside doors. We found a mouse trap in our room on the last day of our stay - thankfully it was empty! We will not stay at this motel again.”

“Room was very much in disrepair. The bathroom light fixture was missing a globe which exposed the light to spray from the shower, Wallpaper was peeling and bathroom wall was starting to decay rather badly.”

“Shower didn't work. Refused to move regional manager from a wheelchair room that I had asked for due to an employee that is in a wheelchair and paralyzed from the waist down. He was not able to fit his wheelchair in the bath room and had to slide himself down the side of the tub to get to the toilet.”

“This hotel may have been OK at one time, however it is in a bad state of repair. There was supposed to be a breakfast bar and there is none. Only horrible coffee and items you can pay for. I would not stay in this motel again, especially with children.”

• Affordable and convenient to downtown Denver.
• Needs some remodeling.

“I would recommend this hotel to someone who is not interested in luxury or atmosphere. It was clean and the people friendly, but is older and could use some updating of its carpets, paint etc. Would recommend to anyone that does not spend much time in the room and is looking for a decent place to stay at a very reasonable price.”

• I really liked that it was close to the freeway.
• The door does not close right, electricity needs fixing, and you don't want to walk around without shoes because your feet will get dirty.

“I think it can be worked on. It seems like an old hotel.. you can here the person above you walking and seems as thought they might fall through. The door doesn't seal shut. Electricity needs work, the lights were flickering and finally the didn't want to turn. Carpet is filthy, you'll need flip flops or you're feet will be dirty.. But, it is a good location by the freeway.”
