• Clean room every day. Even though it is an extended stay with Kitchen.

• It is my favorite place to stay in Denver.
• Complimentary breakfast closed promptly at 9:00 am. It would have been nice if it has stayed open a little longer.

• Fairly close to the center of Denver.
• The decoration is looking a little tired.

“This hotel is close enough to Denver downtown for a ten minute cab ride. There is nothing much around it but some bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The lobby and corridors looked a little tired. Not dirty but had that faint sweet smell you sometimes get when a place needs to be refurbished. The room was better. Clean and well enough appointed to be just above average for the price. I would stay again just for the convenience of being close to downtown and overall it was OK but nothing special.”

• Hotel was extremely clean and staff extremely friendly and helpful.
• Hotel was just a bit difficult to get to, with one-way streets around it.

“I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. the rooms and entire hotel were very, very clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. My stay could not have been better.”

• The kitchenette, and the bed was comfortable.
• Hotel was too far from lower downtown Denver.

“The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was easy to find, and we liked the "retro look" of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.”

• Clean and convenient to downtown Denver.
• It was really hard to find!

“This is a nice hotel with great amenities. Our room was clean, comfortable, and fully appointed for cooking as well as sleeping. I would recommend it, but also recommend getting a really good set of instructions to get there. It is very difficult to locate even with MapQuest.”

• It was a lot nicer than I expected for a 2 star. There was a continental breakfast and everything about the room was great!
• The bed was uncomfortable and they did not serve breakfast on the weekends which no one told us and messed up our plans.

“The hotel room was clean, neat, comfortable, and well maintained. I couldn't have asked for a better room. We loved that it had a kitchen. The grounds were well maintained as well as the rest of the hotel. The decor was modern. It was a great experience.”

• TV cart does not face bed, desk, or kitchen and is not on wheels.

“This hotel falls short of Marriott standards. It even falls short of the standards for residence type hotels. I would not want to stay at this hotel for an extended period.”

• Ultra clean, comfortable bed. Super nice Kitchenette. Great large clean bathroom.
• Small towels and TV. Abysmal 'continental' breakfast.

“This hotel is truly an extended stay type of place. Right across from the hospital, it excels in providing the kind of in home atmosphere that those staying for an extended period of time while loved ones receive medical care need. With no pool, or other entertainment this is not a great place for kids, and the complementary breakfast is marginal at best.”

• Comfortable, convenient, and very affordable. Perfect.
• There was a scratch on a table. Otherwise perfect.

“I needed a hotel at very short notice in the Denver Downtown area. The cab driver had a slight problem finding the place, but that was fine. Overall, I was very satisfied.”

• The hard as a rock bed.

“It was a great location, nice to have a kitchen in the room and it was a little more updated than some hotels. The only thing I hated was the bed. It was really hard.”

• No restaurant or bar in the hotel.

“The room was great, it had a kitchen large bed and was spacious and very neat. I wish there was a restaurant of some type in the hotel and things would have been great. The room was awesome.”
