• Clean and convenient to downtown Denver.
• It was really hard to find!

“This is a nice hotel with great amenities. Our room was clean, comfortable, and fully appointed for cooking as well as sleeping. I would recommend it, but also recommend getting a really good set of instructions to get there. It is very difficult to locate even with MapQuest.”

• It was a lot nicer than I expected for a 2 star. There was a continental breakfast and everything about the room was great!
• The bed was uncomfortable and they did not serve breakfast on the weekends which no one told us and messed up our plans.

“The hotel room was clean, neat, comfortable, and well maintained. I couldn't have asked for a better room. We loved that it had a kitchen. The grounds were well maintained as well as the rest of the hotel. The decor was modern. It was a great experience.”

• Coffee, iron, and toiletries provided.
• TV cart does not face bed, desk, or kitchen and is not on wheels.

“This hotel falls short of Marriott standards. It even falls short of the standards for residence type hotels. I would not want to stay at this hotel for an extended period.”

• Ultra clean, comfortable bed. Super nice Kitchenette. Great large clean bathroom.
• Small towels and TV. Abysmal 'continental' breakfast.

“This hotel is truly an extended stay type of place. Right across from the hospital, it excels in providing the kind of in home atmosphere that those staying for an extended period of time while loved ones receive medical care need. With no pool, or other entertainment this is not a great place for kids, and the complementary breakfast is marginal at best.”

• Comfortable, convenient, and very affordable. Perfect.
• There was a scratch on a table. Otherwise perfect.

“I needed a hotel at very short notice in the Denver Downtown area. The cab driver had a slight problem finding the place, but that was fine. Overall, I was very satisfied.”

• The hard as a rock bed.

“It was a great location, nice to have a kitchen in the room and it was a little more updated than some hotels. The only thing I hated was the bed. It was really hard.”

• The room I stayed in was very spacious.
• No restaurant or bar in the hotel.

“The room was great, it had a kitchen large bed and was spacious and very neat. I wish there was a restaurant of some type in the hotel and things would have been great. The room was awesome.”

• The hotel was excellent. I am sorry I only stayed two nights. It was a great value!
• Nothing.

“A very nice in town suite hotel made from a renovated printing building. It was delightful. I hope to stay there again.”

• You can tell which rooms were previously smoking rooms.

• Staff was friendly, convenient location, room was nice.
• Lobby was small, but sufficient.

“Would stay here again. Was surprised by the room, very comfortable and attractive. Convenient to restaurants and other local places. Would recommend (only reason did not rate 3 star was no valet).”

• The room decor was nice and room design was comfortable.
• The staff was totally lacking in customer service skills, not very friendly or helpful.

“The hotel was nice once inside the guest room. The hotel felt prison-like in design. The staff was not helpful when things were missing from the room like towels, washcloths and blankets. And although the front desk told me the room was nonsmoking it smelled like cigarettes.”

• My daughter called me 5 times, I didn't know and missed these call, but they still charged me.

• Rooms are clean, very nice and well equipped. Clean, staff is friendly and helpful.
• No swimming pool.

“The location is nice and the rooms are very nice. I like the suites that have 1 or 2 bedrooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only thing needed is a swimming pool.”

• Great, friendly staff and well-stocked rooms.
• The location is convenient if you drive, but not if you walk.

“Great rooms (it had everything, including a dishwasher and a full set of pots & pans) and helpful staff, but the location means that it's a long walk to things like restaurants and stores, and it's on the edge of a run-down neighborhood. I'd stay here again, though. A good hotel if you have a car or don't mind taking cabs.”
