• I loved the view of an old church from our picture window on the 24th floor!
• When I first enter a room, I always check the bathtub for hair. I found three curly black hairs in this tub!

“Other than the hair in the bathtub, our stay in this hotel was great. We found it to be very conveniently located, with a spacious room and walk-in closet. The work-out center is amazing! We were also glad to have a swimming pool and hot tub.”

• The location was great.
• The toilet had urine on it when I arrived in the room.

“Everything was overall nice with the room. The toilet was covered in urine that I cleaned up when I checked in. The indoor pool was still cold. Other than that it was pretty good.”

• Big room with very comfortable bed and pillows.
• Needs a real bar/lounge instead of just lobby area.

“Friendly staff, convenient downtown location and big, comfortable rooms. The pool was nice and the workout room is very well configured.”

• That the internet was extra, it should be included for a 4 star hotel.

• Very nice hotel in convenient location.
• The woman that checked us in was not friendly.

“We would recommend it to our friends. My mother got sick on the way to Denver and the staff was very kind to wash her clothes and return in "dry cleaned" condition. This was above average service in our eyes.”

• Location to Downtown.

“The best thing about the Grand Hilton was its convenient location, right next to 16th street mall Downtown Denver. The room was what one might expect from a 2 or 3-star hotel. The furnishings were somewhat outdated, and we had a lovely view of the roof of a run-down building. The hotel check-in staff was openly condescending, and the cleaning lady came into the room (without knocking) before check-out. As far as service goes at least I can say that valet was rude about getting our car.”

• Room was large and comfortable lots of pillows!
• Hot tub was dirty and party at 3:00 AM kept me awake most of the night even after complaining to the Hotel staff.

“Location was really nice close to great restaurants, shopping and performing arts center. Staff was courteous, just wish they would have been more aggressive in locating the party that went on most of the night, and disrupted my sleep. No offer to reduce rate or make any concession for my inconvenience even when I mentioned it.”

• Downtown Denver and walking distance to many activities.
• In room single serve coffee was not very good.

“This was the first time we stayed at this particular Hyatt hotel. As usual it was very nice. We were able to walk or take the free 16th street shuttle to all the activities we planned.”

• Staff make this hotel exceptional.
• Cost of parking.

“This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. It is much better than most other 4 star hotels I've been to. Service was top notch, rooms were nice and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. AC was non intrusive and not dry like most. Highly recommend this hotel.”

• No extras, parking with a $26 fee. The views and noise are a big disadvantage.

“Very clean, all seems in good condition and spacious rooms. Do not expect any extras and be willing to pay for parking more than $20 a day.”

• The staff is all pro!
• The cleaning could have been a lot more detailed.

“This hotel is worth a visit if only to feel real customer service! Any and all of my last minute trip issues were taken care of. I own a cleaning business, so I have extra standards for cleaning. Above and beyond all other hotels I've stayed at in Denver!”

• The staff was extremely friendly and upgraded our room.
• There was nothing that disappointed us about this stay.

“This hotel was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff was very professional and upgraded our room without us even having to ask. It was our anniversary and they surprised us with wine, cheese, crackers and fruit. They also helped me when I forgot my ring in the room. They were able to locate it and get it back to me promptly. We had a wonderful anniversary and will recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family. We are excited to stay in this hotel again!”
