  • Very helpful and friendly staff.
  • No Coke products, only Pepsi.

“A great place to stay downtown and much to do in walking distance. The room was great and the staff was very friendly.”

  • Toilet paper too thin.

“Got very good price thru priceline. Did not sleep well in beds. bedding was nice but constricting and heavy with unforgiving pillows. TV was nice size.”

  • Public spaces are nice, room was comfortable and attractive.
  • Pricey parking.

“This hotel was a very good value for the price I paid. The public spaces are very attractive, and the rooms are spacious and very nice. The beds are very comfortable, and we had a partial view of the mountains from our room. Excellent stay.”

  • Nice views, big window in room, decent working space.
  • Surprise! you have to pay for parking. Surprise! you have to pay for internet

“Seems like a convention hotel for smaller orgs, with lots of rooms and business people milling about the lobby. Location is good for downtown, and the room was nice. Good desk for working, with nice view of Front Range and downtown. Didn't like the surprise that they want $25+ to park your car in their garage (across the street is cheaper), and another $10/day to get access to the internet. Front desk staff was kind of bored with me when I checked in. Wireless phone in room nice idea - if only it were plugged in and charged. But generally a nice place to stay if you get discounted room rates.”

  • Location, staff/service, value, room, food.

“Excellent hotel in the perfect downtown Denver location. Top-notch service. Great restaurant. Best hotel I've stayed at in a while.”

  • Very nice accommodations, the room was clean and spacious.
  • The only thing
I didn't like was the no continental breakfast.

“It would have been nice to have even a small continental breakfast. The view from my room wasn't exactly wonderful, but I loved that there was a Starbucks attached to the hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was extremely comfy.”

  • The bed was wonderful and the room was nice.
  • No complimentary WiFi, no bathrobes, minimal supplies in room.

“It took forever to get more coffee, cups and bathroom supplies.”

  • Price and accessibility to down town. Price and accessibility to Down town.
  • Expensive parking.

“Very good business hotel but for personal vacation travel it was not as much of a bargain as I had planned (which was my own fault for not planning better). The cost of parking and the lack of a continental breakfast made up for the money I saved. I should have stayed outside of town.”

  • Fantastically friendly staff. Went out of their way to help us - even when we were away from the hotel.
  • Lobby bar closed early, and the full bar was very small.

“Excellent, clean, recently rennovated hotel. Conveniently located in downtown Denver - easy walking distance from Denver Pavilions. Superlative staff.”

  • Location is great, and facilities were nice.
  • We left at 4 am to find another hotel is was so disruptive.

“I paid additional money for an upgraded room and the components of the room were poor, and the staff placed us in the middle of a floor with a single wedding party. No peace at all. To the credit of the staff we were contacted and offered a free nights stay, we will take the opportunity.”

  • Bell staff, door staff and restaurant staff were exceptional.
  • The front desk staff was insincere with no eye contact, correct words, poor delivery.

“Overall a great hotel for the price. Location is terrific to all of Denver attractions and downtown restaurants. Safe in and out too!”

  • The staff was very helpful and the hotel and rooms were very clean.
  • There was no hot tub.

“Our stay at the Grand Hyatt in Denver was very relaxing. We asked the concierge about a dinner restaurant and she was right on. The close proximity of the downtown area was convenient and overall it was a great experience.”

  • It was a great place for a group and had a great location.
  • No free parking.

“This hotel is a classic hotel in Denver and very reasonably priced.”

  • Bathroom accessories.
  • Too impersonal.

“Fine for business. Too routine and conventional for a travel or vacation experience that is not related to business.”
