“Seems like quite a party hotel. Lots of young drunk folks who were there for sporting events or bachelor parties it seemed.”

“Denver Central Holiday Inn should change its name. They will transport the 5 miles to downtown Denver via van. They pickup and return to airport. Room, food, room service and maid service were fine. Linens nice. Great location for people doing business in the industrial park.”

“The hotel was nice. Clean and quiet. Was not willing to change our room to a smokeless room. Had to air out the room.”

“The staff at this hotel were exceptional. Although located 3 miles from the center of town, they provided transportation to meetings and airports. The room was clean and inviting. I had a very good experience.”

“While the room was a good, generic hotel room, part of my required needs is good wireless or wired network connection. This place knew there was a problem when I inquired about wireless when I checked in. They gave me several wireless logins. None worked. The front desk knew nothing about how to fix it. The tech support number provided was unmanned. Very poor service for a business traveler.”

“Bar clientele left something to be desired. I went in for a cocktail and was approached by 2
working girls will never stay there again!”

“The staff was great. They were very helpful and willing to assist in any way possible. The location of the hotel is not the greatest as no food establishments were near by; however, the hotel did provide shuttle transportation.”

“The staff and shuttle were very helpful and reliable. The rooms were quite small and the bathroom was outdated and cramped. This hotel should definitely not be considered downtown as it was a 15 minute ride to anything close to Downtown.”

“I found this hotel unacceptable. I was forced to take a shabby smoking room even though I requested non smoking. The facility and furnishings are dated. The property is not particularly convenient to get to.”

“The hotel was nice, but there was no place to park at night due to customers at the bar. The dining was good but very expensive.”

“The room was as ok, but when asking if I could get a room with two beds instead of king, we got denied. Which meant sharing a bed. The bar was full of nice people, and good bartenders, it got a little out of control the later it got, but it was fun. Clean room, close to downtown. Not bad, but not a three star. It's showing its age a bit.”

“I will never stay at this hotel again. They claimed my room was a suite. It actually was a Murphy bed pulled out of the wall. The room had a microwave and fridge. The air conditioning did not work. It was 100 degrees outside so you can imagine how warm the room was. The hotel was noisy as there must have been a party on my floor. I finally called down to the front desk at 3:30 am. Of course nothing was done. Upon check out they ask how my stay was.”

“Typical Holiday Inn. Hotel is near nothing relative to personal use (eateries, movies, shopping, etc) - but not too far from downtown (cab $10, shuttle maybe). Very loud disco every night, starts at 9:30 in restaurant area - finish your meal before then. Disco all in Spanish - high Latino patronage for that. Mattress abysmal - but they change me to another room where it was ok. Nice staff, facilities, etc.”

“There is no way that this is a three-star hotel. You should rate much lower, because of the awful location (it was billed as a Downtown Hotel but was 4 miles from Downtown) and general run-down nature. Rooms were marginally clean at best, and service in the restaurant was horrible. Staff was generally helpful, but the product that they were selling was deficient.”
