• The bed was comfortable.
• You had to park in their garage at $18.00 a day. No other overnight parking!

“ I will not stay at this hotel again because of the inconvenience of the parking and the cost of the parking. The hotel was nice and adequate for a night or two stay. ”

• Very close to many fun things. Easy to get to. Fairly clean and new.
• You had to pay for parking in the parking garage and my vehicle didn't even fit so
  I had to pay for public parking. Also my vehicle was vandalized.

“Very nice, friendly staff. Great location. Parking was ridiculous; however, it cost $18 a day to park in its own parking garage, but then my vehicle didn't even fit in the parking garage so I had to pay $22 to park a block away in public parking where my vehicle was then vandalized. Hotel was nice, but need to do something about parking.”

“This hotel placed the loudest family I have ever heard in a room adjacent to mine, and despite calls I made to the front desk, they could not be made to become quiet. The room had an internal suite access to the adjacent room, which made the walls like tissue paper.”

• Professional staff and great overall appearance.
• Parking is $18.

“The hotel surpassed my expectations of a 3-star hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional and the amenities of the room were great. An added bonus was free wireless internet, which typically I don't see much for hotels located in downtown areas. The only downside I saw was the $18 charge for parking, although I did see another lot close by, charging $12. Regardless I got a great deal through Priceline so I didn't sweat the $18 parking fee.”

• Fitness center only accessible through lobby.

“Room service was excellent and prompt - I had one meal in room and one in the hotel dining room - great service and fresh, well displayed food. As a single woman I found the area safe to walk around and enjoyed the stroll down 16th Street on a balmy summer night.”

• The bed and room amenities were outstanding.
• At least 1 pillowcase hadn't been changed.

“Great hotel and great location. Parking is an added cost to factor into the overall cost of the trip. The Crowne Plaza bedtime amenities are great.”

• Great location, within walking distance to a myriad of bars, restaurants and shopping.
• Room service tapping on the door at 8:30 am on a Sunday morning.

“This hotel is centrally located to some of Denver's best shopping, bars and restaurants. The staff is very friendly, the concierge was extremely helpful in assisting with transportation to a college game at Mile High Stadium. The downside is the parking is expensive downtown and the hotel does not validate. Expect an extra $18 to $20 for parking.”

• Location and staff was very good.
• The carpet stains in the elevators were turn-offs, as was the dirty hallway carpeting.

“The hotel was a very good location from downtown. The staff was very helpful. The dining room was cold. The food was fine.”

• The hotel was very busy, despite this the staff was very calm and courteous.
• The lobby was a little too small for the size of the hotel.

“The Crowne Plaza was conveniently located for our needs in Downtown Denver. The room was nicely decorated, it looked very fresh and new. The bed was very comfortable, the linens and furnishing lent the room an element of luxury. The bathroom was nice and the shower was lovely. I would recommend the hotel very highly.”

• Very close to Downtown Denver.
• We had minor problems with the AC but they fixed it. The parking costs is a little pricey.

“This hotel has superior beds, bedding etc. very comfortable. It is just a block away from the 16th St. mall (downtown Denver). It has a rooftop pool, a great place to hang and watch the people below on the streets. We did not eat in the restaurant or drink in the bar. But on a previous trip had breakfast there, which was good. We will always come back.”

• The motel was very cleaned, and the staff very helpful. I loved the location of this hotel, and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
• The swimming pool was very cold.

“The location is perfect, and makes for such a fun, relaxing time. The swimming pool was cold however, we complained and an engineer turned up the heat to try to accommodate us. The pool surrounding is such a fun, and nice atmosphere. I was very impressed with this hotel, and highly recommend this hotel. The staff accommodated me in anyway that I needed their assistance. They went out of their way to make my stay nice. This is three star, I think it deserves four.”
