• The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was adequate.
• Worst bed ever, loud hallways and thin walls. Unclean room.

“I stayed at this hotel last week for 2 out of 3 nights booked. On the 3rd night we opted to move over to the Doubletree Denver North in hopes of getting some sleep (which had a wonderful bed, fyi). I am surprised at the overwhelming number of positive reviews of this hotel. It had the worst bed I think I've ever encountered. Even the pillows were hopelessly uncomfortable. The comforter had some "suspicious" stains, and the room in general just seemed dirty. We also kept finding ants in the bathroom. The room was on the 3rd floor. ”

• Saturday breakfast was a very bad experience-no one staffed the breakfast room.

“Our stay was very comfortable and the rooms were nice and roomy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a bad experience our first morning in the breakfast room. We got there at 7:30 am and everything was already eaten and no one was there to refresh the food selections. I approached the desk person and she was surprised no one was working in there, she attempted to refresh the breakfast bar. A half hour later a staff person showed up and started to work. The next 2 mornings our breakfast experience was fine. I would recommend this hotel!”

• I liked the extra living space in the rooms - the "suite" area.
• Cheap bedspreads - the kind that slip off the bed. Yuk.

“This hotel is probably best-suited toward business travelers; it has continental breakfast, plenty of work space in rooms and also has internet connections and a computer in the lobby. The indoor pool is very small - about half the size you would find in other hotels - so families with children might want to consider that.”

• Relatively quiet, spacious room, fair continental breakfast.
• Parking spaces could be an issue on a full night.

“I like the fact that I didn't get the run around me have gotten from other hotels just because I used an online booking. They were courteous and checked me in quickly and my room was just what I had ordered.”

• Breakfast was great.
• Hot tub did not work. Has not worked in over 4 years.

“I was pleased with the price, but very disappointed that the hot tub did not work. We purposely picked a hotel with a pool and hot tub, but when I asked the front desk how to turn it on, the lady told me it was on and she had worked there over 4 years and they have never bothered to get it fixed. If I would have known, I would have picked a different hotel.”
