• The friendly staff.
• The room with the king size bed was much nicer than the room with the double beds due to size of the room.

• Had to pay for valet parking.

“I would definitely stay in this hotel in downtown Denver again. It was walking distance to the Pepsi Center and that was the main purpose for our trip. The staff was extremely helpful with directions and suggestions! The parking valets were extremely helpful also. Would definitely stay in this hotel again when visiting downtown Denver.”

• Comfortable bed, clean room and friendly staff.
• Advertises a hot tub that no longer exists.

“The hotel was very clean, including the hall way carpets which are notorious for being dirty. The rooms were roomy and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The valets were quick and gave clear and precise directions.”

• The tall ceilings were a nice touch especially the plaster.
• The parking should be at a reduced rate for guests.

• No free parking.

“It cost 20 dollars per day to park your car at the hotel and about the same within 1/2 mile away from the hotel. If that is not a problem for you I highly recommend.”

• The staff was professional and courteous.
• The room next door had an very loud escort the first night.

“The staff was very helpful. We did have a loud event in the next room. When we called the front desk at 3:30am, they were immediately helpful and the problem was resolved. The location was great for getting around Downtown. We would consider staying in this hotel again and would recommend it to our friends.”

• Valet ONLY parking.

“The housekeeping was a little aggressive, rapping on the door in the morning before I had even awakened. Valet parking was nice but it was frustrating that was the only option conveniently available.”

• I liked that it was on the 16th Street. mall, real close to everything.
• The ceilings were real high, not a big thing though rather charming.

“The beds were very comfortable, and although we did not use it they offer internet service in the room. The location was ideal for what we were in Denver for.”

• Perfect location for me right on 16th street mall in Denver.
• Who can sleep with just two sheets covering them?

“I was not impressed with the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Denver. When I checked in, they had king rooms available but refused to give me one even though I was also a Marriott rewards silver member no less. After 15 minutes at the front desk dealing with a bunch of morons I just had them give me the double room. The room was attractive and had a nice view of the 16th street mall. I stayed for two nights and could not figure out why I was not sleeping when it suddenly occurred to me it was because there were only two sheets on the bed. No comforter, no bed spread. Nothing! On my day of departure, I was so livid; I checked out of the hotel at 6am and went to the airport to catch an earlier flight home. I don't want to stay at the Marriott Courtyard Downtown Denver again. I need a blanket or bedspread covering me to be comfortable.”

• No continental breakfast. No 24 hour coffee.

• Comfortable bed and clean room.
• No parking, $18 to valet park or $16 to park away from hotel. That should have been included.

“Very nice. Quite, comfortable, good business center, friendly staff, clean, and next to an outdoor mall. Sam's restaurant is 1/2 block away and is excellent for breakfast.”

• Credit card vending machines were inconvenient and expensive.

“I couldn't have been more pleased with this hotel from the friendly front desk to the valets, all were eager to please. The hotel was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. I have recommended it to my friends and my husband and I will certainly return.”

“This is a nice clean Hotel. They are not family friendly. We stayed at Springhill Suites (also a Marriott) the next night and were treated royally with two double beds and a pullout.”
