• The hotel was convenient to the freeway without the direct noise levels. It was also close to restaurants by foot or car.
• A bit too much chlorine in the pool.

“This hotel fit our needs very well and thankfully we were placed on the first floor. That made our getting in and out very easy for the baggage we had with us.”

• Overall great hotel at this star level! Clean, comfortable.
• Had to figure out the hotel was hidden behind the comfort suites hotel.

“This is an excellent hotel at this star level. I had absolutely no complaints. Comfortable, quite, clean, great accommodations (pool, laundry, breakfast, internet). Pleasant staff. The location was ideal for me, other than trying to find the hotel initially since it is tucked in behind the comfort suites. But this location also cut down on traffic passing by.”

• I liked the excellent complementary breakfast and the motel was very clean.
• I didn't like that the TV checkout service was not available.

“The motel is located just off I 25 so it was easy to find. It was in a quiet location. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire motel. The rooms were large and we especially enjoyed the pillow top mattress. The complementary continental breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of breakfast items. Overall, we were very pleased and will definitely stay at a Fairfield inn again in the future!.”

• The bed had 5 pillows, nice linens.
• Housekeeping/maids spoke no English.

• The friendliness and kindness of the lady at the front desk.
• The air conditioner smelled like fire.

“We were greeted with friendliness and treated well our time there. We were offered freshly baked cookies and although the clerk worked when we checked in, until 11pm and was back again early in the morning her smile and warm attitude never changed.”

• Quiet despite it's city location/staff helpful/all the amenities we wanted.
• Problems with bedside alarms going off in unoccupied rooms.

“The price-large comfortable quiet rooms-set off main street, but easily accessible and close access to shopping and interstate-good breakfast, really nice attendant-from desk staff helpful and friendly-helped us find nearby things we needed (including maps) such as post office and Sprint phone store)-had a computer and printer in front seating area for general use-evening cookies-24 hour coffee/tea-nice pool, Jacuzzi and workout room. I'd be pleased to stay here again.”

• Very friendly staff. I requested additional pillows and they were delivered right away.

“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Very friendly staff, very attentive to requests. Location of pool and hot tub area was too close to lobby and main elevator. Anyone coming into hotel could see into the area.”
