• The view of the Rocky Mountains on the southwestern side of the building was beautiful.
• No coffeemaker in the rooms.

“I had high hopes for this hotel as I was taking my two daughters to visit my hometown of Ft. Collins for the first time in 5 years. Unfortunately the Mulberry Inn misrepresented itself on the Internet site as having a heated pool and an onside restaurant neither of which it has. The pool was very dirty (couldn't see the bottom and it was only 5 feet deep) and the railing into the water had been sawed off at the cement level leaving dangerous metal pieces. When we reached our room light bulbs were burned out so I went to ask for them to be replaced. The woman who brought them handed them to me and left immediately leaving me to climb onto the sink area in the bathroom to replace the bulb. While we had a lovely view of Horse tooth Rock from our room it didn't make up for the fact that one of the beds had five broken springs in it. Ft. Collins is a wonderful city and the Mulberry Inn was very out of character for the rest of our visit. The hotel is in need of deep reconstruction from staff to the pool. I'm sad to say I would recommend looking further into the city for a better place to stay. This is the first time I have ever written a review for a hotel. I have stayed in thousands of places throughout the U.S. during my years of travel and this is the first time I have felt the need to warn others to check further into a place before they stay there. ”
