• Clean room and friendly staff.
• The door to the ice machine would not unlock with our key so we had to go around.

“Our room was clean and within walking distance to Coors Field, which is what we wanted. Wear walking shoes, though, because it is not right next door. All of the staff was friendly, and when we called to say that we had left something in the closet, they sent it to us. We didn't take advantage of the swimming pool or the free breakfast, but they were both available. It is nothing fancy, but it met our needs quite nicely.”

• Very convenient to Downtown.
• Very close to the Train Depot and Interstate!

“The hotel was very convenient to Downtown and was clean. Much cleaner than others I have stayed in downtown. The two downsides were the walls were very thin, we could hear our neighbors talking and it's very close to the Train Depot.”

• Stains on comforters, small bathrooms.

• The rooms were amazingly clean!
• It was close to the railway, so kind of noisy in the early morning.

“This hotel was cleaner than the Sheraton that I just stayed in. The beds were really comfortable, so no complaints there. Others had complained of the railway noise, but it doesn't go all night, so it wasn't really that bad.”

• Location to downtown Denver.
• Desk clerk was not able to give me accurate directions to the hotel.

“Overall good value hotel. I choose this hotel due to proximity to my downtown Denver meeting. I was told it was close to Coors Field and a lot of hotel patrons will walk to the stadium from the hotel. My meeting was 6 blocks from the stadium and I choose to walk to the hotel with my rolling luggage. I called and received directions. The Desk Clerk gave me inaccurate directions and was unable to locate the hotel after walking with luggage in tow for over 2 miles. I called again and was given another set of vague directions. After walking back to the stadium I asked a local where the La Quinta was and he directed approximately another mile away. I gave up walking and had to wait 30 minutes for a taxi. The hotel was nowhere close to where I was told.”

• Clean, the breakfast area was excellent.
• Hotel is in poor condition on exterior, next to railroad which was noisy.

“Hotel was ok value for the money. It was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Exterior of hotel is run down and it is next to railroad switching terminal which went on all night.”

• The price and location, clean very professional staff.
• The noise from train tracks close by and the highway traffic that is very near.

“Good for the price that I paid, but the nights were restless due to the noise from the train station and highway being real close by. The staff was professional and helped with directions around town.”

• No hotel closer to Coors Field!
• no complaints, not sure if there was anywhere to eat or drink nearby

• Our bathroom door had a hole where there should have been a door knob.

• clean and close to Coors Field
• Odd exit arrangement from I-25 Southbound, poorly located single set of stairs to upper floors

“A clean comfortable room that met my expectations. The stairs to the upper floors is oddly located. All rooms accessible from outside only.”

• at the intersection of I-25 and I-70. Very convenient!
• close to trian tracks so I could hear freight trains at night.

“The staff were so helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions, and one person called the Rockies ticket line to get information for me while I was standing at the front desk.”

• It is close to Coors field and other downtown attractions.
• It is too close to a train depot

“The overall hotel was clean and easy to get to from downtown Denver and the interstate. However, it is right next to a train depot where the trains are managed remotely, ALL night long. It was loud and made sleep near to impossible.”

“The hotel was what my girlfriend and I needed for the weekend. We had called two week before we went and made sure our room was one queen. We got their and we had two double beds and the staff working at the time didn't want to discuss our problem with us. We were disappointed in how unprofessional they were.”

• The location was convenient for us to go to local attractions.
• The room was dirty, the mattress were uncomfortable with ill fitted sheets and their was no high speed internet as promised.

“Our overall experience at La Quinta was not enjoyable. First the elevator was broken and they wanted us to sleep on the 3rd floor. When we threatened to leave, they managed to 'find' a room on the first floor. Though the location was very convenient.”
