• It was so clean, comfortable and friendly.
• I really can't think of anything negative.

“Our stay at the Fairfield Inn was so nice. We were out of town to attend a family funeral and were under a lot of stress. The staff was great and everything went so smoothly that it made our stay there so very nice. The breakfast was also good.”

• New, nice hotel, good continental breakfast.
• Room we were in next to elevator room. Bad noise.

“We liked the format of the hotel, the rooms were sufficient and the hotel was nicer and newer. They were fully booked and stuck us in room 123 which shouldn't even exist as it is next to the elevator machinery room. This created a catastrophically loud and annoying noise every time the elevator was used. This was a sleeping nightmare. Nice hotel otherwise.”

• Very pretty rooms, very updated and modern.

“I loved the colors of my room and the rest of the hotel. It was very bright and colorful and clean. Staff was wonderful and showed excellent customer service.”

• Everything, the comfort of the bed was amazing.

• The pay per view movie selection was lacking.

“At check-in the staff was very pleasant and welcoming. At check-out the staff was kind of cold. The room was nice but the pay per view movie selection was lacking in options. It would be nice to be able to have the checkout process in the room on the TV instead of the front desk.”

• The location was close to interstate and rooms were very clean.
• Pool has way too much chlorine and the waffle maker was broken.

“Nice breakfast layout, but there wasn't a "lobby" area to hang out in. Staff was really nice and accommodated our late check out due to softball games running longer than expected. Very nice & secure area close to shopping and restaurants of all price ranges.”

• Staff told friends we had checked out when we hadn't.

“We were very pleased with the hotel. It's location was very convenient - just off I-25 and adjacent to an outlet mall as well as other new shopping areas.”

• It seemed quite modern.
• Small rooms.

“I consider Fairfield Inns to be very no frills business hotels. I was pleasantly surprised at the overall feel of the hotel. The pool area and hot tub were nice. The beds were comfortable, albeit, soft.”

• Had to switch rooms three times. First time, could not get into room, second time no A/C Thee is a charm.

• Convenient location, nice-sized room, ample breakfast options.
• Nothing I can think of.

“The Fairfield inn was comfortable and conveniently located. For the price paid it was quite reasonable, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Just a short drive outside of rocky mountain national park, there are numerous fun experiences to be had just at the hotels doorstep.”

• The motels location was good, places to eat close, shopping very close. Very nice facility.
• The heat was on in the room.

“The heat was on the in the room and it was over 85 degrees when we arrived in the room. The room never really cooled off during the night. The thermostat was not working properly.”
