• The locks worked.
• Ripped spreads, blankets, poor construction.

“The hotel needed an overall cleaning and reverberation.”

• Close to my meeting.
• Filthy, smelled like smoke.

“Wasn't a very nice place to stay. The rooms all smelled like smoke, the neighborhood wasn't the best and I wasn't sure my car would be there in the morning. Wasn't too safe or secure place and not too clean at all.”

• The staff was fantastic.
• Under construction, many amenities were unavailable due to this.

“The staff made the stay as comfortable as they could, however the construction made the stay uncomfortable at best.”

• It was close to freeway and stadium.
• Broken curtain rod, exposed/cracked/missing sheetrock in doorway.

“Served basic no frills need, but for the price it should have been a bit nicer. The door locks as if it had been kicked in at on time, there were exposed framing visible in the doorway, carpet was not clean, and we kept our shoes on to walk around the room. Also the wind howled and whistled through the door threshold.”

• Nothing, but the clerks were honest and friendly.
• The fact that people without reservations were getting cheaper rooms than I did.

• Location is the only plus.
• Gap under the door, ants in room, holes in bedspread, old furniture, and bug spots on light fixtures.

“I can't believe that this room would pass any health codes in the USA! If we thought we could have found another room somewhere we would have left.”

• I did not like anything about this property.
• Dirty, in disrepair, unsafe.

“The physical property is run down, dirty and generally falling apart. The on-premises sports bar needed a security guard and police presence to keep the patrons somewhat under control. The continental breakfast provided no healthy food and what was offered was pretty much inedible. Both rooms I was put in were horribly dirty and in disrepair: dirty carpets, filthy and torn couch/pillows, cigarette burns, cracked tiles, water stained ceilings, barely operating air conditioner, broken door jamb. This motel does not live up to the Days Inn standards in any way.”

“This was pretty much the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was mold all over the hotel room. It was a smoking room (I requested non-smoking). I can't say anything good about my experience there!”

• There wasn't anything.
• This was the worse hotel Ive ever stayed in. Dirty, paint missing, fixtures missing.

“Hotel is in dire need of repair. Grounds had junk all over them, room was destroyed. Would never stay there again.”

“The hotel is on the same location as a bar. There was late night activity resulting from the bar. The sink would not drain, the toilet would not flush, the sheets were soiled and there were semen spots all over the carpeting around the beds. We checked out after one very late night and manager charged us for only one night. I have a letter from her stating this information. We request refund of the second night.”

• It's a dump. Substandard quality.
• Dirty, curtains tattered and hanging by 2 or 3 hooks, carpet wrinkled and dirty-had not been vacuumed. Bathroom filthy. We did not stay there.

“Absolutely filthy throughout. Shabby furnishings. The worst we have ever seen. ”
