• Conveniently located off the highway, easy to find, clean.
• The hotel was overbooked so we had a handicap accessible room instead of a regular; showerhead was loose and fell off during shower.

“Overall, clean and comfortable hotel. Good location right off of major interstate highway. Curtains were white which did not allow much privacy at night. Continental breakfast was average, but good. Hotel staff was friendly. Will stay again next time in area.”

• Very Clean, quiet, and very polite service.
• No indoor pool or hot tub.

“I enjoyed my stay even though it was for only one night. The room was very clean. The employees were very polite and responsive. I was disappointed that there was no indoor pool or even a hot tub. That would have made my stay better. but overall, it was enjoyable. Thanks.”

• TV hook ups for portable DVD players or PS2.

• I just needed a place to sleep. Also quiet.
• Toilet was stopped up so very nearly had an overflow with the first flush of my stay.

“Overall a satisfactory experience. I just needed an inexpensive, safe place to sleep for one night, didn't require any amenities. Lobby and premises were clean and nice-looking. Room was a little shabby and dated, but appeared clean. Surprisingly quiet considering close proximity to major road and a railroad track. Breakfast offering was good. My family liked making their own waffles. Only problem was our toilet clogged up immediately. My husband called the front desk and asked if they had a plunger. They claimed not to have a plunger but offered to switch us rooms. We would have agreed but it was late and our child was already down for the night and we didn't want to wake her. They offered no alternative solution. My husband ended up walking over to the lobby and asked if he could borrow the key to the housekeeping closet and he'd look for a plunger himself. Only then did the clerk on duty check "in the back" and find a plunger that apparently was there all along.”

• The free breakfast.
• They did not have a room with 2 beds in it which I had booked. We had to sleep on the floor.

“Nice hotel, but did not like the outside entry into the rooms. Good breakfast, but they were out of milk, etc. Every morning. We booked two beds and were only given one on the first night there.”

• This hotel was convenient to the interstate, shopping and our location of travel.
• The beds were very hard.

“This hotel was convenient to the interstate, shopping and our location of travel. It was clean, but the beds were pretty hard. They had a continental breakfast in the mornings, but they ran out of non-stick spray for the waffle makers, ran out of milk, and the poor lady working there was running around like a chicken with her head cut off while the manager stood behind the check-in desk and did nothing but watch her.”

• Price was excellent. Hotel was accessible. Staff was friendly.
• Noise transferred between rooms (barking dog). However, hotel did get the barking to stop.

“Fine hotel. Easily accessible from freeway. Good location to shopping malls and other locations in new Denver suburbs. Breakfast was more than adequate. Staff was friendly. Did experience some noise traveling between rooms. (Noise was from a barking dog.) However, the staff was able to get dog to stop barking way before bed time, so the room was quiet all night.”

• Very pleasant grounds for low-priced hotel.
• Dirty ice in machines.

“Very noisy location, and one lazy staff member, but otherwise a very nice hotel for the price. Grounds were nice, and included a squirrel performing tricks and mating snakes.”

• The front desk people were so nice. They joked around with my boys.
• I would rather have central air rather the window service.

“I would use this hotel again. They gave us a military discount, which we really appreciated. My husband has served 2 tours in Iraq. This was our first get away as a family.”

• Room was comfortable.
• Located between a major freeway and busy street. There were also some "shady" individuals walking around the property.

“This hotel was close to where I needed to be for business. I prefer an indoor accessible hotel, not doors that are accessible through the outside. I wouldn't stay here again if I was traveling alone and I didn't feel like it was a great family location as well.”

• The rooms were neat, clean, and good sized.
• There was nothing wrong with our stay.

“The hotel was a little inconvenient to get to, but easy enough to see from the highway. It was neat and clean, so we enjoyed our stay. I had inadvertently left my purse in the lobby after eating their continental breakfast, but the hotel staff was so kind in holding onto it until I was able to pick it up the next day. Nothing in my purse was missing!”
