• Very comfortable and relaxed.
• The views from the rooms not facing the mountains are moderate.

“If you want a great hotel and you're not in a hurry to get downtown during rush hour than this is the hotel for you.”

• Pet-friendly.
• It's a dump - soiled and torn carpets - charges for internet, printing and stamps.

“This is a mediocre 3 star hotel masquerading as an expensive 4 star hotel. $16 for internet, charges for printing, stamps, and extra coffee packets. Carpets in the rooms and especially in the halls are torn and soiled. The baseboards and elevators are dirty, scratched and marred. This hotel needs to be shut down and renovated.”

“We had a very positive stay. The hotel is close to food and entertainment, as well as a major highway. The staff was helpful and the decor was beautiful.”

• Location good.
• Room was not set up correctly. Coffee maker was missing and they replaced it with a dirty one. TV is 15-20 years old.

“Just not a four star property. It is a three star hotel. At three stars it's fine.”

• The bathrooms were extremely nice. Great shower.
• Construction going on in lobby.

“Very good hotel, and convenient for travelers. If we were not en route to RMNP I would think this hotel was in kind of a weird location - in the middle of a strip mall, essentially.”

• Beautiful location with activities within walking distance.
• Construction in lobby and elevators.

“This hotel was very nice and upscale. The location was wonderful when passing through Denver. The promenade within walking distance featured several restaurants, movie theater, arcade, comedy club and ice arena. Several walking paths and water bodies made this location a relaxing place to stay.”

• Top flight: staff, restaurant, gym, views, public areas.
• Bed mattress had a slight sag.

“The Westin Westminster is a wonderful place to stay. The hotel itself is grand, modern and beautiful. It is located next to a trendy retail center with restaurants and cinema, also adjacent to the Westminster Promenade. Hotel staff is stellar. The restaurant is superb, food and service. Beautiful views, too.”

“We had to switch rooms because of cigarette smell but they were very accommodating. Our door was broken & wouldn't lock in our new room. They came up everyday to fix it when we were leaving for the day and then when we came back we had to get a new key made every single day! Very annoying especially when your trying to hold sleeping kids!”

• The location was perfect, close to the waterpark, amusement park, and all the other sites of interest. Boulder, Pikes Peak Estes National Park.
• That eventually we would have to check out and go home.

“I would definitely stay there again. The people there were so helpful. One of the desk clerks took time to tell us all of the points of interest and how to get to them. The view of the mountains from our room was spectacular. Their is dining of all types just a 2 block walk away, down a beautiful walkway. There was a movie theater, ice arena, and all kinds of shops including My wife and kids favorite Rocky Mountain Chocolate Store I give this hotel with the surroundings a score of 10 out of 10.”

• The furniture in the lobby and room was worn as well as the carpeting in areas.

“We were disappointed with the quality of the room in relation to the 4 star rating. We have stayed in 2.5 to 3 star hotels that were just as nice and appealing as this one for much less per night. The location was great but I'm not sure we would go back to this hotel.”

• The 4th of July actives were great.
• All the pillows were too soft; we want large coffee maker and glass cups.

“We have stayed here before and enjoy it. Lots of children put a damper on the romance. Loved the fireworks and dinner. Though the service was very slow.”

• The location and staff uniforms.
• Dirty.

“I like this hotel however I rather go to the Omni if it wasn't book all the time. Your hotel cannot keep up with the foot traffic that it has. Stains in carpet through out hall ways and bedrooms. Hair on bathroom floor, looked to me that the same rag was used for the toilet and bath tub and floor. Sprinkler system broken up from foot traffic and it sprayed my Denali.”

• Arrived very late; extremely helpful front desk staff. Gave us priority parking, king bed room with view.
• Extra charge ($9.95 per day) for wireless connection in room.

“Large up-scale hotel within walking distance to movie theatre and several nice restaurants. Extremely helpful/personable staff. Great heavenly Westin bed! Excellent choice for a great night stay, if arriving late from Denver International Airport and heading north towards Boulder or Louisville. Lovely outdoor hot tub; so sorry I didn't have my bathing suit with me.”

• Double beds are too small for an upscale room. Unimpressive pool.

“This property is trying to pass itself off as a 4 start hotel, but really is three stars. The small double beds in the rooms are too small to accommodate a family. They should increase room and bed size. Staff is friendly, but the pool is unimpressive. Decent workout room.”
