• Location.
• Room was dirty. Some one else had key to my room and came in!

• The kitchenette was very useful.
• The room was not
  clean and the bedding was old.

“The hotel is in a great location next to other hotels which are twice the cost. The rooms are small and in need of remodeling, but the kitchenette, wireless internet (small one time fee), and low cost make up the difference.”

• Bed was a rock.

“The hotel was okay if you need a place to stay but a bit lacking in most thing bed was not comfortable but possibly for a night the room was bland. Overall, nothing horrible but nothing great either.”

• We liked the convenience of parking outside our door (at this one), the kitchen, location, decor - just about everything.
• Check-in after 3:00. 2 folding chairs would be nice. We had company and wanted to play Clue. Two had to make-do.

“This was our first time staying in an Extended Stay facility but not our last. We actually went from there to Colorado Springs and stayed in one and were very satisfied as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchen is great. The bed was comfortable - not too firm and not too soft. We were very pleased.”

• Good basic clean hotel room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
• A little far out from Denver, but in a nice area. Worth the extra drive.

“The hotel seemed newer than other Extended Stay hotels. Very clean room, kitchen stocked with necessities, plates, utensils, pots and
coffee pot. Old Chicago restaurant very close by, great food! Staff was
very helpful and friendly. Good basic place to stay.”

• Kitchenette with two burner stove, microwave, dishes and full sized refrigerator.
• Only one queen per room, very small rooms.

“Nice, clean, convenient hotel. Met our needs and for the price we would stay there again.”

• Staff friendly, location and grounds nice.
• No dishwasher, only one thin bar of soap provided, shower had ugly mildew, kitchen counter dirty and heaved.

“Definitely not as nice as other extended stay hotels - no toiletries or other supplies provided, no dishwasher, shower had mildew, kitchen counter was heaved and uneven, and the air conditioner barely worked.”

• Appearence for the rate was unreal and the staff was Extremely courteous!
• Nothing!

• Cheap.
• Room smelled terrible, hotel didn't feel safe.

“The hotel felt seedy with people loitering around outside of their rooms. The room smelled terribly of some kind of heavy perfume or cleaner and gave us immediate headaches. The bed was rock-hard and the pillows were very lumpy.”

• Located close to restaurants and other stores.
• Not enough close parking for handicaped.

“Hotel clean, clerks helpfull and friendly. No extras such as pool and remotes for TV. Good room for the price. I would stay there again.”

• Bathtub was not clean found hair in it, no shampoo.
