• It had no dining, but it was next Hooter's. It was very close the Denver Federal Center.
• Air Conditioning was very poor, not going to get any better soon.

“I would not stay here for an extended stay. Four one night it sufficed, but would have change hotels if I had to stay longer.”

• Just the pet mystery.

“These rooms are great for the occasional traveler and the seasoned traveler burned out on the usual motel fare.”

• Close to Red Rocks Park.
• Cleanliness just wasn't there.

“There were 2 things that my husband and I liked about the place. Location to Red Rocks Park. We came up for a concert and you can't beat how close the hotel is to the Park.”

• Included refrigerator.
• Building in bad shape, AC too strong.

“Very basic room, could not control the AC to a comfortable level. Building needs refurbishing (a lot of rust).”

• Easy to find.
• Dirty, no amenities, not enough beds in the room, uncomfortable.

“If you need a place to crash without concern for the little pleasures of a hotel stay, this is it. There isn't really anything about this hotel that will stand out; the rooms are the definition of basic, with internet even coming at a price. While the sheets are washed, the cleanliness of the mattresses is suspect. This hotel is certainly not recommended for a family stay.”

• It was reasonably priced and convenient.
• It's starting to show it's age and needs remodeling.

“This motel is reasonably priced and conveniently located adjacent to a major north-south street and a major east-west freeway. It has two restaurants (Hooters and Jackson's Hole) within walking distance. The hotel is clean but is old and needs remodeling. The staff was friendly and efficient. It was a good experience overall.”

• Floor wasn't too clean.

“We have stayed here many times and it is so convenient for our purposes in Denver, and the staff is very nice.”

• Love the location, available and handy stores, groceries, and business meeting.
• Kitchen floor had dried food on it, light bulbs out in bath, we changed ourselves.

“I like the location, good service, easy access to places I go. The staff is very nice.”

• Kitchen.
• Everything was very old, electric wall heater, peeling paint in places, etc.

“You get what you pay for! The hotel staff was nice, the rooms are old, but that's what you get for 40.00 per night. We stayed there twice on this trip, and the second room was nicer overall than the first. As long as you're ok with decor, paint, and fixtures out of the 80's, then you won't be disappointed! If you want a "nice" hotel experience with amenities, this isn't for you. if you want to find a cheap place to stay that's decent, walk right in!”

• Bed linens were pretty crappy.

“I liked the space and kitchen. Very spacious room. Bed was comfortable, but the blankets were thin and crappy.”

• The design of the very small room was impressive and the public spaces were very attractive.
• The lobby and the hallways were dark. The bed in our very small room was too close to the floor.

“I liked the public spaces the lobby, the bars, the restaurant, the elevator and the halls were extremely dark in the lobby. It was a struggle to find the correct floor button in the elevator! The unmarked front (no sign or name) of the front of the building was quite mysterious. The hotel staff was always accommodating and friendly. Our room was very small but well lay out. I would stay here again because of location, location, location.”

• Very clean, good Location.
• Sign not lit up, drove by a couple of times before finding it.

“We just needed a hotel for one night, nothing fancy. It is an older hotel but very clean and in a good neighborhood. It was an extended stay hotel with kitchenette, very nice. I could definitely see staying there longer.”

“The Location of the hotel is great, easy to find, easy to get to almost anywhere you want to go in Denver. The room is clean, if you can get past a firm bed then. You will love the room you get.”

• After check in, I moved to a Hampton inn.
• It is nasty.

“I asked for my money back from the manager, see gave all but 37.00. The floor was dirty, the room smelled nasty, I had to move.”
