• Friendly staff and excellent location to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
• Layout of the room and furnishings were less than expected.

“Nice place to stay and being it was a Sunday it was very quiet. Pool is small and nothing to write home about. Great friendly and helpful staff.”

• I just wish it had an outdoor pool.

• The restaurant was fairly expensive. We did not eat there during our stay.

• Beds were good.
• Staff was disorganized. Coffee maker in the room was gone and they brought us a dirty one that didn't work with the coffee.

“Construction in the lobby and compared to the other hotels in the area this one does not compete. It is definitely a three star hotel. The room is relatively small. The TV is 10-15 years old. The coffee maker in the room was missing and when I called downstairs it took 20 minutes to get a coffee maker and then it was dirty and didn't work with the coffee they supplied. It's not a bad place just not a 4 star property.”

• Everything! The pool, the rooms, the service, it was all amazing!
• The Starbucks stand in the Lobby wasn't too hot!

• Hot tub closed down to early in the night, no outdoor pool.

• This was an absolutely wonderful hotel with the nicest staff imaginable.
• Nothing.

“This hotel exceeded every expectation we had - the facilities beautifully maintained and look as if they are new. The bed was marvelous as was everything else in the room. The staff was so very friendly and helpful - we could not have imagined a better experience in every single way.”

• Beautiful furnishings, lobby, and view. Very clean.
• Not enough outside area near pool & hot tub to enough great Colorado weather.

“The room was wonderful. The bed was magnificent. I got great nights sleep each night. Bathroom well arranged and really clean. Air conditioning worked well. Nothing to complain about in this room.”

• It was so quiet and the room was very generous in size.
• Their coffee wasn't the greatest. Slow elevators.

“I have stayed at the Westin and the Omni. Which are the others in this class and for people with children, this is the best. Mom and Dad have some privacy with the layout of the room and the kids got their own TV that was sweet. I would like to see them extend their pool hours for adults or kids with adults.”

• Great facility, friendly staff.
• Returning to my room after being gone 14 hours and finding it not serviced.

“Stayed here for over a week and felt charging for internet service at this level of hotel is tacky. Returning after a long day to find the room was not serviced was a major disappointment (and stinky with left over food from night before still in the room).”

• This is a classy hotel with all necessary amenities, with a very cordial group of employees.
• House cleaning was not as thorough and complete as it should be in a hotel of this stature.
