• Convenient, very nice location and quality was great.
• In room wireless users must pay...that is a mistake.

“Very nice hotel near Lakewood and Golden area of Denver (west). Convenient to roads and nice parking (some covered). The hotel does have free internet and wireless access off the lobby area but really should have in room free wireless. The room was comfortable with very nice LCD large screen television. Great bathroom and overall a pleasant stay.”

“The furnace in our room was not working, nor was the toilet in good repair. After the furnace was fixed, we spent the night listening to the toilet flush.”

• The location was close to my activities with my family. It felt safe.
• Inner bath mat needed replaced. And door guard came out of the floor. But over all it was good.

“The location was nice, and the staff was very friendly checking in and out. Beds, and pillow were comfy. And they have a couple nice restaurants within walking distance. I wish there would of been a small refrigerator in the room.”

• Nice big clean room.
• Maid did not lock our door when she was done cleaning.

“Hotel and room was great. The only thing wrong was that the maid did not shut our door all the way when she was done cleaning. We came back very late to find our room open and not locked. That was a bit of a surprise. Other than that everything was good.”

• Spa.

“This hotel was much nicer than I expected. The rooms were very clean and the entire hotel seemed much more luxury than expected. The masseuse in the spa was the absolute best!”

• The bed was comfortable.
• No continental breakfast. Nothing!

“The room was average size to a Comfort Inn hotel. It was ok but not outstanding and I expected more from the Sheraton Hotel Line.”

• Very clean and
  friendly staff.
• The walls are like paper, you can hear everything next door.

“The hotel was nice, I was just staying there overnight. The walls are always really thin, I am not too keen on the products they use, either. I find the shampoo very drying for my hair. The staff was really friendly and very nice. They gave you free water, which was a thoughtful touch.”

• Very friendly helpful staff at check-in.

“This is an older hotel, but has been kept in very good shape over the years. Rooms are fresh and modern. Rooms are also a nice size-plenty of room to spread out and relax. It is very business friendly.”

• Nice from the outside.
• Room smelled of body odor, heater roared all night& kept everybody awake.

“The room we had smelled so bad that I could not sleep and then every 15 to 20 minutes the heater would start running and it would just scream and then it would go to a loud noise like somebody had a hammer and was banging on it. I could have slept better in my car.”

• Did not make room up on Xmas day.

“A somewhat shabby hotel two years ago has been greatly revived with beautiful rooms, a great free internet space in the lobby, and an excellent gym and pool.”

• Clean large room with a great TV.
• Air conditioner/heater was very loud.

“Nice clean room,large flat screen television. Be sure to put your DO Not Disturb sign on your door if you want to sleep in past 9am.”

• I forgot to buy milk for my son and the hotel restraunt gave me a cup of milk no charge! So friendly.
• Nothing.

“Wonderful hotel, with nice covered parking, friendly staff and clean comfortable new guest rooms! I would stay there again for sure!”
