• Front desk and restaurant server were wonderful.
• Not enough towel racks to allow hanging of used towels between-times.

• The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Top notch staff.

“Conveniently located, and not far from Boulder. Friendly, helpful staff. Customer-friendly check-in and check-out times (3 pm/noon). Pool was small, but kids didn't mind. Lots of restaurants, stores nearby. Great location.”

• The beds were the greatest. Both of us slept great and did not want to get up the next morning!
• Lack of an elevator and the little bit of snacks/food was terrible!

“Great mattresses. Due to the fact we needed an elevator to reach a second floor we were restricted to the first floor. No elevator was a big deal. We would have enjoyed the upper level with a balcony, but that was not an option too bad.
The breakfast they offered was not much. I was very disappointed because I always enjoy a small but enjoyable snack for breakfast.”

• It was very clean, had an indoor pool, and hi speed internet.
• There was a problem with the hot tub, had to go next door use their facility.

• Very clean, very helpful staff.
• Pool was a little small.

“Courtyard by Marriott in Longmont is in a great location on Colo 119, very close to a wide variety of excellent dining and only minutes from Boulder. The pool and hot tub are indoors and available year-round. No problems with the room- it was spacious and clean, and had a large number of accessible electrical outlets (good for computers, cell phones, etc). It has free Wi-Fi, and the signal was steady.”

• Inconvenient to any major freeways.

• 80% friendly staff, clean hotel, laundry facilities.
• Pool was dirty & unsafe-my 2 children both received cuts to the bottom of their feet when they used the pool.

“Need to improve safety & cleanliness of pool. Stayed with my 2 children and when they were in pool they were cut and came out bleeding, one both feet, the other one foot. Staff shut down the pool.”

• Room smelled like smoke & it is a non-smoking hotel.

• Rate and location.
• My room was not cleaned one night.

“The hotel was clean, fairly quiet and in a good location. I have stayed at this hotel several times. I only had one problem this time and it was that my room was not cleaned the first day. I told the front desk and they just brushed it off as not having enough staff. I was disappointed in their attitude about it. Other than that the hotel was great.”

• Great size, great bed, nice decor and I loved the high ceilings in the room
• The tub hadn't been cleaned. When I arrived there was used soap and shampoo in the tub area.

“This hotel was extremely well-located and comfortable. I could see the mountains from my room and the bed was great! I found used soap in the tub when I arrived, so that concerned me, but, overall, I had a wonderful stay!”

• Very nice hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was great for our children.
• It's not in a tourist location, however, is only ten miles from boulder and there are several restaurants, movie theater and a mall with in minutes.

“This was a wonderful hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We have stayed in several higher star levels than this hotel, but this hotel seemed to be at least a 3 star. The pool was great for our children. I would definitely recommend it!”
