• Friendly front desk staff.
• Mostly everything.

“Old hotel with little in regards to updates. Noisy, the section I was in has sliding doors out to inside garden (if you could call it that), neighbor was constantly using it. While not the hotels fault creates tons of noise. Bathroom fixtures old and worn. People smoking even though non smoking area.”

• Wireless didn't work in the rooms, AC didn't work.

“The hotel has recently been remodeled but still looks old and tired, Other guest complained of AC and heating problems while location is good star rating and price were too high.”

• Smelled like smoke, cold, heating system was noisy, bathroom poorly organized.

“Getting there was easy, close to dining and the interstate. The room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking. The heating system was noisy and not very effective. the bathroom had a poor shower curtain and outlets were few and far between.”

• Location.
• The room wasnt clean and they didnt put new stuff in the bathrooms.

“If I would have just walked it and got a room it would have been cheaper by $20 per night. The rooms werent very clean and they had a used bottle for free mouth wash still in the room. On the other hand it is real close to the Colorado Mills mall which made it nice for shopping but thats all I can say that is good about this hotel.”

• Some of the nicest staff Ive met.
• The location was lame. If you're staying in Colorado, you want be in the mountains or in Denver.

“It was pretty much what you would expect from a holiday inn in a suburb.”

• The indoor facilities (pool, ping pong table, Jacuzzi) were nice.
• The AC. Had it on 69 all night, and it didn't get cold.

“Good hotel to stay at for a night or two. It's all about the AC, cleanliness and not smelling like cigarettes for me. Staff was great. Easy access to my room from the side entrance.”

• The overwhelming sewer gas smell overnight during my second night's stay.

“Weird old
over 40 years
motel that has been mostly enclosed and now is protected from the weather. There still are a number of rooms that open directly onto the parking lot on the ground level. Nice pool. Everything else is jist sort of odd and off kilter. It really needs renovation of the rooms as well. The staff was wonderful though.”

• The pool size.
• The mold in the room at poolside, due to humidity I'm sure.

“The grandson loves it because of the poolsize. We didn't like that one day we could not get anyone to unlock the Hot tub, until the evening. The only reason I will go back to this hotel is because of my grandson. This is our second stay. Next year we will encourage him to choose a different Holiday Inn.”

• Convenient location to the mountains.
• Air conditioner did not work properly and four requests to fix problem were ignored.

“To be frank, this is the worst hotel I have. The housekeeping service was erratic at best. The air conditioner worked intermittently if at all. The parking lot and surrounding areas was covered with cigarette filters. Trash collection of outside receptacles was not as prompt as I would have desired. Wait staff in the restaurant did as well as could be expected but they were lacking in numbers to provide the service one expects. Needless to say, I will not knowingly book at this hotel again.”

• Staff made sure my stay was perfect.
• Breakfast buffet needs to stay warmer, and food Luke warm at best.

“Situated just west of Denver's Downtown area, you could reach any part of the metro area from this hotel. Great shopping and eating opportunities surround this location. Management dedicated to making your stay a quality one!”

• Noisy, couldn't sleep; room was cold.

“The heater didn't warm the room and was very noisy. There was also a lot of noise from the parking lot.”

• We loved the pool and all the fun games, including your staff they were very nice.
• It need to be more decorated, such as the bathrooms, but all in all you did great!

“It was very friendly and cozy, we were always treated nice. Your set is awesome, we love African.”

• Excellent Location and nice views.
• Maid woke us up at 8:15 AM to clean room - our fault - we didn't hang do no disturb sign.

“We arrived late (midnight) and the night clerk was cheerful and very polite. In the morning, the desk clerk allowed us to bump our check-out time to 1:00, and the maid service left us alone, after we hung the do not disturb sign. This Hotel has lots of room card-controlled access doors, so we didn't have to walk very far with our luggage. We wish our plans could have included several days¿ stay at this Hotel, instead of overnight. We would definitely stay here again.”

• Convenient location at a reasonable price.
• It could definitely use a little updating.

“For those coming to Denver for shopping (most of us who live in the mountains), this hotel is at a great location. The staff is very friendly and readily accommodated me when I found myself in a smoking room (I am highly allergic). I have stayed here on a number of occasions because of convenience and reasonable price. Not the spot for romantic getaway, but that's not what it is there for!”

• Convenient location to the west side of Denver and suburbs.

“OK. I have to admit. I like staying at this hotel because, among other things, it is across the street from Colorado Mills. It is also a convenient gateway when I have meetings in various areas to the west and north of town. The hotel is clean and comfortable, albeit not luxurious.”

• Many activities for children and the pool was wonderful.
• Jets in the Jacuzzi didn't work.

“All in all we had a wonderful trip. The hotel was conveniently located and had many activities for the children. The pool was a great temperature and felt wonderful. The jets on the Jacuzzi didn't work and this was a let down. The miniature golf, ping pong and video games kept us busy while we were at the hotel.”
