• You had to pay to use the hot tub.

• Nosy and unhelpful staff. They worried about smoking (we don't) and did nothing about noise.
• Very clean.

“Unfriendly staff, unconcerned and blatantly unbelieving when we told them of the noise we endured from the room next door, and the noise at 5 A.M. outside. They also seemed overly nosey and yet unconcerned with their disruptive guests. A weird stay. Unromantic and weird. Clean, though. You can do better.”

• Cheap but bad service.
• Bad service. They do not have staff after hour.

“Do you want enjoy your vacation to Rocky Mountain? If you want enjoy your vacation, do not stay with this hotel. They told us that we will get free high speed internet, but it did not work. We have to use dial up to access to internet and they charge $1.00 per min for local call. We have to check out 1 hour late (11 am) and they charged one full day. ”

• Quiet area, relaxing atmosphere, pool clean and safe for the kids, Friendly staff, good listeners and helpful.
• Sorry, can not find anything negative.

“The Host at the counter (petite, blond young girl, sorry I am vad with names, she was the friendliest and most helpful employee. My children (15;12) felt safe and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel,...perfect walking distance to town, no noise from the road and the view of the mountains, fantastic!!!!”
