• Pool and the room were great.
• Breakfast room could be a little bit bigger.

“Great stay nice big family room good breakfast kids loved there pool. And the air conditioner did work in are room and it also was 100 degrees when we stayed so I don't know what that guy is talking about.”

• Location.
• Absolutely no customer service. Business letter was full of mistakes.

“Terrible Nightmare! It was over 100 degrees in July and the air conditioner did not work. We told the clerk, and he would not give us another room or refund our money. He lied about the manager's name. Our room door was propped open and the garbage cans were still full. We finally contacted the manager when we got home and he offered us a 10% rate reduction on our next stay. What a joke!”
