A deposit equal to your 1st nights stay is required upon making the reservation. Final balance is due at check-in. If the reservation is cancelled greater than 30 days prior to arrival the deposit is refunded less a $20.00 cancellation fee. IF the reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

12/26 through 01/01/2005, 2/4/2005 through 2/05/2005, 2/18/2005 through 2/20/2005:
A deposit of your 1st night stay is required when making this reservation. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. If the reservations is cancelled greater than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit is refunded less a $20.00 cancellation fee. IF the reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival all money paid is non-refundable. This is a minimum night stay reservation.
