• Close to heart of Santa fee.
• Staff unaware of what quality is.

“There are a few things that set a good hotel and spa apart. Location and amenities aside, it is attention to detail, level of service and atmosphere that can make or break a short stay. The management at La Posada de Santa Fe don't understand this. Our recent stay was plagued by irritants, each small but cumulatively disastrous and all exacerbated by an inability to remedy any problem. We encountered problems such as loud, gossipy staff in the spa (and a manager who didn't know how to address the issue), children playing in the hot tub (and not a staff person in sight) and housekeeping carts blocking the path to our room (and a duty manager who said 'sorry' but did nothing).



Far from being a relaxing break, our three days here left us feeling angry and 'taken', given that this is supposed to be one of the "Leading Hotels of the World" and we weren't traveling on a budget.”
