• Excellent location combined with well appointed and maintained hotel.
• Our room had the view of the trash.

“Check in was polite and efficient, parking was easy, hotel was well maintained and interesting, art was well done, nice pool, room was well done and clean, staff was friendly throughout, location was close to most of the important parts of Santa Fe art scene.”

• Excellent location and top quality facility.
• They charge $15 for parking.

“Excellent location, lovely lobby, decent restaurants. The room was nice, the bathroom rather luxurious. We were very happy with the hotel. I know Santa Fe quite well and used to live there.”

• Good location in Santa fe.
• Not told that there about an administrative fee. Parking fee of $16 per day upon checkout.

• The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were clean and nice.
• Shower water was cold in the am and brown in color due to work on pipes outside.

“We were very impressed with the appearance and appeal of the hotel. It was beautiful. Rooms were clean and well decorated. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us in planning our stay. Down side was water was brown due to work on the pipes and there was no hot water when we went to shower in the morning. We were just there for hiking, shopping and fun so I wasn't to upset. Nothing was done by staff to make up for our loss of use of the shower. Pool area was very nice with a fireplace. Would give it another try.”

• Front desk was extremely helpful and courteous.
• Housekeeping was slow. Had to leave the room twice after we'd been out for several hours.

“There carpet was a bit shaggy and worn. But it was comfortable. Could have used a queen or king instead of two doubles. Location was the best. Walking distance to all that Sante Fe is famous for. But I left my cell phone charger there. That was the only bummer.”

• The location was good enough, it was quiet and clean however housekeeping is not manned at 4.30 pm each day, so don't anything after that!
• Feather pillows - I am allergic to feathers and couldn't get a foam one at all.

“The hotel was fine, however not quite as good as I had expected. $15 for parking is a bit over the top! The receptionist on duty was extremely helpful and personable.”

• The lobby was nice and the staff friendly.
• This was not a three star hotel by any stretch of the imagination.

“Aspires to luxury, but falls short. The spa is a pool and tiny Jacuzzi, the rooms are pleasant enough but certainly no better than any roadside Hilton and the staff, while friendly, are not true service professionals.”

• Great friendly staff all over the hotel.

“Great location for both business and pleasure travelers located in downtown area where you can walk just about anywhere. Rooms are updated and clean throughout the hotel. I will stay here again on my next trip.”

• Convenient location to Downtown Santa Fe.
• Lots of extra charges, poor service.

“This is not a 4 star hotel. The balconies overlook dumpsters. They don't even provide conditioner to the guests. They charge $16 per day for valet parking in which they park your car outside around the corner. The hotel was under renovation and the fire alarms went off at random times during our stay. When we complained about this to the staff, they responded with "What do you want us to do?" We stayed one extra night at the Santa Fe Hilton (3 stars) and it was a much better experience than the 4 star Inn at Loredo.”

• The location was convenient for walking to most of the places we visited.
• The room and common areas were not up to 4-star standards. The bathroom was very small.

“The Hilton Santa Fe is a nice enough hotel, but is definitely not worthy of a 4-star designation. We've stayed at 2, 3 and 4-star hotels in Santa Fe, and the Hilton was much more in line with 3-star hotels there. That being said, it was clean, conveniently located, had a nice-sized outdoor heated pool, and the lobby was handsome. I would not mind staying there again in the future, only it must be at 3-star prices. If you are looking for a 4-star accommodation in Santa Fe, try the Inn at Loreto, or the Inn on the Alameda.”

• Fairly convenient walk to nearby attractions.
• Quality of rooms, some staff, amenities.

“Upon arrival, our request for bedding had not been noted and the person we talked to made little attempt to accommodate our need for one bed. The hotel is fairly close to the Plaza (Epi-Center of Santa Fe), however several other properties such as The Eldora do or The Laretto Inn and Spa would be better options.”

• Enjoyed the Friendliness of the Staff. Made sure my needs were taken care of.
• Having to pay for parking that wasn't as secure as it could have been. Fenced in maybe.

“Overall the hotel met my expectations. Enjoyed my stay. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends. And only two blocks from the Plaza made it a nice walk.”

“They first told us the pool in not open because of maintenance, but next day they told us the pool is open only by May 1st. $15/day for self parking and $10/day for Internet surfing.”

• The coffee.
• We could not get anyone to help us with the heat in our room so we were frozen.

“The beds were so small. The staff said they would bring us a cot for a child and they also said maintenance would come fix the heat. I asked three or four times, and nothing. They were very unfriendly and not interested in making anything nice.”
