• Nice lobby, nice room design.
• Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, locks on exits didn't work.

“Would have preferred to be closer to tourist area, not in modern commercial (run down) area. Staff was not helpful when asked. Some staff unable to communicate in English when questions asked. Lockes on exterior doors unworkable and very inconvenient. Restaurant was overpriced.”

• Gorgeous adobe architecture with nice grounds, privacy, views, ambiance, furniture and location within Santa Fe.
• Without coffee makers in the room, there could have been an offer for it in another way, like a coupon or something for room service. Too much?

• Bar/social areas were very friendly and inviting. The food and service was excellent.
• The room did not have some of the basic conveniences - extra chair or table, coffee maker etc.

“ This is a very friendly hotel. The staff was great. The food was excellent at the bar and the restaurant. There was a local entertainer in the bar in the evening and many people came out to enjoy it. The room was adequate but not extraordinary. We enjoyed the spa and had wonderful massages. Overall a great experience since we didn't stay in the room much. ”

• Staff, bed, and pillows. Very clean and comfy.
• No coffee maker or fridge in the room. Food is a bit pricey.

“Staff is very friendly and helpful. Went to this hotel for 40th anniversary, and was not disappointed in the least. I hope to return in the future.”

• Not much of a selection on the dinner menu.

• EVERYONE we met on the staff was friendly, courteous and welcoming. Spa & fitness center, first rate!

“Wonderful staff. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite without asking. Beautiful art work throughout and the Native American ambiance was healing.”

“Hotel Santa Fe is in a great location in Santa Fe, but because it is not directly on the Plaza, room are more readily available, and at a better price. It IS within walking distance of Plaza. I also like that this is one of the few hotels in Santa Fe operated by a local Tribe. I have stayed at this hotel for business and pleasure, and have not been disappointed. The architecture is Pueblo style, and the interiors are beautiful. There is also a back portion "The Hacienda" that is much more up-scale; suites, with personal butlers available.”

• Convenient to Downtown Santa Fe.
• Very expensive for the amenities offered.

• Genuine Indian Southwest motif was pleasing.
• I liked everything.

“Hotel Santa Fe was a charming, comfortable, and very pleasing place to stay. The outside areas of the swimming pool and patio dining were handsomely landscaped with Southwestern vegetation and flowers. The courtesy van service was a wonderful bonus that worked beautifully. I definitely would stay there again.”

• Hotel just the right size not to feel impersonal. Very friendly staff. Authentic environment. Shuttle a plus for getting around.
• No negatives.
