  • The staff was exceptional.
  • Cleanliness, things were broken.

“The staff was exceptional but I expected more. Problems with the room, the internet, the equipment even the laundry and fitness room.”

  • It cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff.
  • The breakfast bar wasn't open long enough.

“I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful, the facility clean, as was the room. The food at the continental breakfast was good and appeared well balanced.”
