• It was clean and new! Nice big flat screen TV, fridge, micro and the beds! The beds were the best! Close to shopping!

“This hotel was nice, very clean with new amenities like the big screen TV and the beds were the best part. Very comfortable and extra comforters available in the drawers- they were clean! Too bad I was on business, would've loved to sleep in late!”

• Convenient location, very clean and exceptionally quiet since we were on a busy thru fare.
• Too much light leakage around the curtains.

“For a city like Santa Fe, the Fairfield Marriott is an exceptional value. Many hotel and motel properties here have breathtaking rates, even in shoulder seasons such as this. The room was more than comfortable for four of us, making our per person cost extremely attractive. The breakfast was good, and of course, the girls loved the pool!”

• Staff was friendly and accommodating, beyond ever experienced.
• Internet was down.

“No internet. Staff offered to move me, but by then I had made other arrangements. I really needed that!”

• clean room, friendly staff
• credit card charged twice, then ignored by management

“The stay was acceptable. The room was tidy and functional.

Upon my return home, I realized Fairfield Santa Fe Inn charged my credit card twice. I called the hotel and spoke to management. I faxed proof of the error and was promised a resolution. Several weeks have passed and there has not been any kind of apology/refund. In fact, the hotel has essentially ignored my concern. I would advise anybody visiting Santa Fe not to stay at this hotel.”
