• Excellent staff - responsive.
• Parking was congested.

“Overall very good. Quiet. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Morning breakfast provided variety and was very adequate. Computer and internet access was good.”

“Our family of 12 members had 6 rooms. When we got there the first floor reeked of Marijuana. Two of the rooms had refrigerators: one smelled awful and the other had food in it from the previous people. During our stay, the carpets were NEVER vacuumed. While sheets were changed daily, we may or may not have gotten a blanket. Often, the cleaners (who were men) had all the rooms open with the TV's on, and they would be sitting on the bed watching the TV instead of cleaning. The air conditioner housings were broken, and while they worked, the thermostat controls did not. The lights in the bathroom were right next to the shower with no protection against water-potential electrical shock. While the desk clerks were pleasant, they often were found outside visiting with friends. Then when we left, they tacked on a holiday charge that we were not told about.”
