• The staff was very friendly.
• The doors to enter the hotel from the back did not lock.

• Cookies in lobby.
• Front desk person not trained to handle on-line room purchases. Problems with double billing.

“Unless the traveler reserves a suite, all other rooms have no outside window. When entering/exiting a non-suite room, your view is of the back side of a grocery store! Curiously, there is a gorgeous mountain view to be had if only they had built the non-suite rooms to open 180 degrees opposite.”
