• The hotel was kept very clean, personnel was very polite and helpful.
• It was too far away from businesses and not on a main street.

“If I return to Casper, Wyoming I would certainly stay there again. With the swimming pool, hot tub and a pool table there were things to do. Also a nice walk along the river was relaxing. The staff was very nice. I would recommend this hotel to others. You can find your way around town and it was near some restaurants so that was nice too.”

• It had really good beds.
• Bathroom door sticks and someone put a hole in it.

“A very nice place to stay, reasonable rate for the summer time and the beds were very nice.”

• Broken hot tub, loud wedding reception that was beside pool. Big detraction. No free breakfast.

“Very friendly, desired to please. They apologized for the problems mentioned and did their best to make it up to us by giving us the free breakfast vouchers at their restaurant. Excellent breakfast buffet (at a price).”

• Free airport pickup.
• Dirty.

“The hotel was very dirty. A letter at check in saying that it was scheduled for cleaning doesn't really help. I checked in with my wife and was given one drink coupon. I usually get 2 when I check in with my wife. There was no cream and sugar for the coffee in the room. The coffee and coffee maker were there, just no cream and sugar. Overall, the general gross condition of the carpets made this an overall bad experience.”

• Could have used new hall carpets.

• Lobby was presentable.
• Lumpy old beds. Noisy a/c units, slow help, stained carpet throughout the entire hotel.

“Dirty stained carpet everywhere except the lobby. Staff slow and confused. Lumpy old beds made for three very uncomfortable nights. Oh, no elevator and had to move to 2nd floor, then back to 1st floor after discovering a broken bench on the 2nd floor.”

• Front desk staff was wonderful!
• Jacuzzi out of order due to remodeling.

“Overall, this was a very nice hotel for its age. I would recommend it to friends and would stay there again.”

• Needs and is in the process of renovation.

“We enjoyed staying here. It was convenient and was pleasant. The staff was just super and would do anything for you. The prime rib buffet was very good, but especially again, such good staff.”

• None really. Restaurant is okay.
• Everything about it - filthy, noisy, small rooms, dated. What is to like?

“Filthy, small rooms - no elevator; no space, dated, and a truly awful place to stay. The nice river view room wasn't even facing the river, but a dumpster instead. Noisy. I'll never stay here again.”
