• The room had everything one needs: coffee pot, hair dryer, iron, & ironing board. Communications Center in lobby. In-room microwave and fridge.

“Staff was great, restaurants within walking distance, smoking room was available, price was reasonable. Breakfast was wonderful and no room problems.”

• Clean, convenient and friendly.
• Not enough towels at the pool for swimmers.

“Conveniently located to the airport with little air traffic noise. Clean friendly environment. Family, military and vacationer oriented. Staff was attentive and friendly. Convenient to local attractions and routes to travel to attractions. I would stay there again.”

• The manager was very helpful when changing me to another room with two beds.
• No refrigerator and no microwave. It did not have much of a hot breakfast.

“Not much of a hot breakfast, the rooms are small and they are not suites. It was quiet, the staff was friendly, and the pool and lobby area were updated and appealing. Close to a lot of restaurants, but no microwave or fridge in the rooms.”

• Had to wait each day for room to be cleaned.

“We had two night stay in El Paso. After requesting a nonsmoking king room, we were given a handicapped room on a smoking floor. We asked the staff repeatedly to change our room, but they refused. The room had only a full sized bed in it, and being 6'4" my feet hung off the end. Also there was no bathtub in the room, instead only a walk in shower designed for those in wheelchairs. Also, the hotel pool, which appeared nice, was closed for the week. After repeatedly asking the hotel staff to change our rooms and being denied. Poor service by Hawthorn. I will use not in the future.”
