• They canceled my reservation.

“I got there a day late and they canceled my reservation I still kneaded a room so I had to stay somewhere else.”

• Location, quiet, friendly staff, kitchenette.
• Understaffed, stained bed sheets, dirty carpets.

“Despite a friendly staff, abundant parking, well stocked kitchenette, and a quiet environment, the dirty carpets and stained bed sheets were a huge disappointment.”
