• The manager was
  very helpful with an error I made with the reservation.
• Needed more cable channels.

“The hotel was clean, the staff was wonderful (the manager)he went out of his way to clear up an error I made with my reservations when I arrived after a 12 hour drive that started at 2am in the morning, (he saved me from a meltdown)I felt safe in my room and secure about my car parked outside.”

• Location, quiet, friendly staff, kitchenette.
• Understaffed, stained bed sheets, dirty carpets.

“Despite a friendly staff, abundant parking, well stocked kitchenette, and a quiet environment, the dirty carpets and stained bed sheets were a huge disappointment.”

• Nice facilities and building, wonderful staff (above and beyond), great location.
• Garbage was not emptied, some public areas needed cleaning.

• Near airport and other businesses I needed to visit.
• Insects flying in room and no bug spray available.

“Near airport and appropriately priced for a one star but the hotel personnel were less than friendly and not helpful. When I asked for bug spray to kill off numerous flying gnats in the room the clerk asked: Are they really bad? I'll see if we have anything around here. He never called back. I went to the local Kmart and bought the spray myself.”
