• For the price it is acceptable.
• The room air-conditioning was a wall unit and was hard getting room comfortable.

• Nothing.
• No Internet provided heating and cooling system.

“No internet access was provided after contacting technical support I was asked to disable my fire wall and pop blockers to gain internet access. An unacceptable request; I have never had this problem before they must be operating on an antiquated system. The place is seedy and other patrons look seedy. Not a place I felt comfortable.”

• Not enough electricity for computers in rooms, I had to unplug lights.

• The staff.
• Hard to figure out how to get wireless access.

“The staff was some of the most competent and accommodating that I have found -- excellent. This includes the restaurant staff. The room was ok -- nothing special, but reasonable. Instructions on using the wireless were detailed but left out key information, and the helpline was a voicemail message, costing me over an hour to get on-line.”
